For staying one night, the Sheraton was comfortable and convenient. I had a very good stay.

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. The front desk reassigned our room to another guest after we had already checked in. My wife and daughter were alone in the room when a stranger that had just been checked-in, walked into our room using a working key card. The hotel never contacted us to apologize or explain what happened. This is a serious security issue that could have put my family in danger. Completely unacceptable experience.

Overall the property was fine, but housekeeping did not do a good job. Hand soap dispenser was running out of soap, but the house keeping did not check. We had to go and ask the front desk for a new soap dispenser. Every day we had to ask for extra towels.

The hotel is well-located and the price is the lowest in the area. But housekeeping didn't come for 3 out of 5 days despite our requests, internet is unreliable, bottled water is $7 per bottle after the first free one. The staff were nice and responsive when we interacted with them, but housekeeping didn't seem to care. After our stay of 5 nights, we left feeling like we had stayed at a cheap motel.

Great 3 days! Loved the pool thought was neat to be able to swim in and outside without getting out the water. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom/shower area was a bit small. We didn't have actually size towels the first night. ( had wash clothes hand towels but people size ) We also had a queen size comforter on a king size bed the second night. But over all great stay.

I'll admit it's been awhile since I've stayed in a hotel so maybe things are different since the pandemic. However, I really don't like that there isn't ice readily available...you have to do to the desk and buy some. Also, there was only one trash can in the room and it wasn't in the bathroom. We had dinner at the restaurant Friday night. It looked like no one was working. Finally someone came to wait on us. We ordered a Reuben sandwich. What we got was more like a corned beef and cheese sandwich. Very disappointing for $19. The breakfast brunch the next day was much better. I did not like that there was no information available in the room about amenities and nearby things to do. The QR code to get the room service menu didn't work. The

The hotel needs a refresh. The hallway smelled of urine and cigarettes. Bathroom in the room looked like mold was starting to form. Door didn’t shut all the way. Side doors for the hotel don’t have locks, so if you don’t have a hotel key you can just walk in. Pool area was not cleaned the whole weekend we were there. The only positive is the employees were friendly.

The room is not clean. Fridge has left over food. There are some empty bottle behind the tv stand and very dusty. The lamp stand cover is broken. Only has one tower for the bathroom. When we first get into the room the fridge has left over, ask room service for clean up, but no one come. The second day call again. They finally send someone to clean it.

Great location. Beautiful hotel with some great amenities. I was particularly grateful for the hotel restaurant and bar. Easy parking. My two concerns: 1). Unprofessional front desk employees (9 pm on May 15). 2) the hotel didn't provide a business center or printers for guests who are traveling for business.

Sheraton Ann Arbor It is a basic hotel - 10 minute drive to UMich. shower pressure was just ok at best- I tried turning the shower head from spray to pulse, no difference. This is the weird thing, you can hear every room flushing the toilet near you and as you walk down the hallway - the toilet flushes extremely loud. In the middle of the night I heard the neighbor's toilet flushing repeatedly. Stayed Friday - Sunday. I saw the cleaning person in the hallway and know that they were in my room on Saturday, but they only changed the towels and took the trash out. The beds were not made, a tea cup from the night before was left on the counter in the room and the sink was not cleaned. I don't know what kind of housekeeping doesn't make the beds. Finally, I inquired about a reservation on different dates and they said the manager would have to get back to me, but wasn't in till the next day. I left my contact info and the manager never got in touch with me. I think customer service here is lacking. Housekeeping is the worst. My closet even had a dirty towel left in there. If it wasn't near UMich, I would never stay here. And they charge a fortune for parents' weekends. Disappointed.
