Exquisite accommodation and beautiful surroundings.
The peace and tranquility was spoilt by the (I know necessary) diggers and machinery digging up the lawn/field!

Everything! The castle was amazing, great walks for us and the dog, the staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. We booked a private military tour and the 2 ladies that showed us around were great, a very informative and jolly tour (I think their names were Ann and Fionna). I booked this 3 night stay as a birthday present for my partner and he was delighted, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to recommend the castle to anyone.

It was so comfortable, plenty of room, loved waking up to seeing the sheep grazing. Judith our tour guide was great as was Evalyn the head housekeeper who showed us to our suite.
