Our stay was excellent, we will be back!

The host was very nice, and the fact, that we met her. The apartment is well furnished, clean and has everything one needs. The view is amazing. All the places are walkable, and if you don't walk, the bus stop is two minutes away. I strongly recommend this place, and if back in Lugano, that's where I will stay. Loved it!!!

Lovely stay in beautiful Lugano - would come back!

Location is great - 10 mins walk from station and 20 mins from the centre. Apartment was very well equipped and clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice views to the surrounding mountains from the balcony. Breakfast items provided were a nice touch.

Wifi is a bit hit and miss. Owner doesn't speak english - luckily could converse with my son in Spanish!

Great place to stay.

The unit was a great place to stay for the family plus we had an amazing view during our stay. No hassle in checking in as they accommodated us on our arrival and checking out was quick too. Migros is close to the apartment which makes it easier for us to shop necessities.

It's a bit far from the metro station if you plan to walk and you have luggage..So if you're planning to stay you can try the bus no. 3 which takes you to studio radio station and just few minutes walking to the unit.

Best stay ever

Everything was perfect about my stay here. The apartment is big, with a huge balcony and stunning views. The host is super welcoming and always ready to help (even at 9 p.m.). The apartment was very clean and had literally anything you could need in terms of kitchen, bathroom, and electronics. Location is supreme, 2 min walk from groceries store, 8 min walk from Central bus and railway station. I am recommending this place to couples, families, and solos like me.

The view is crazy. We saw the beautiful mountain view and sunrise. The apartment has everything we needed even with a washing machine! Deby was very welcoming. We had a great stay here.

Clean, quiet, airconditioned and all ready for you to live and have a restful stay. Just bring your own food /drinks if you want to cook meals. All essentials and white goods are provided

No Airconditioning - It was very hot

Cleanliness, kitchen, spacious, good beds.

Yesterday's temperature was high and we didn't get a proper sleep. The host said that the room rates we paid didn't include the air-conditioning. Therefore, they have removed the remote controls of the A/Cs from the property. An A/C is a must during hot weather. I do not understand how can they say that A/C doesn't include in the room rates. Because it was scorching, we had to leave the windows opened through out the night to get the cooler air in. Since windows were opened it was very noisy as the flat is situated on a busy main road. We had a very bad sleep. The shower in the bathroom is not good. Water flow is very low and it took ages to have a body wash. We had to forget about showers as no way that we could have a shower with that water flow. The host cannot understand, write or speak in English. When we wrote messages, they always responded in Italian which was not convenient at all. Booking.com, please investigate the above as I booked the room via your website.

The hosts were very accommodating. We needed a place to store our luggages at a time before the official check-in, and they were kind enough to arrange for that. We truly appreciate their patience and the prompt communication! Thank you!

There was a lack of smaller amenities such as shampoo, body soap and detergent. Nonetheless, for a one night stay, it was perfect!

Superb

Nice apartment for three or four. Very close to Lugano main station, one can have 10min work or take a bus 3 to the point. A perfect location. The owner have excellent facilities. Rooms very clean and nicely arranged. Due to the local Italian language, the landlord's daughter has downloaded a language translation apps on phone to be able to communicate with visitors. It's very interesting. Restaurants are available for eat and bit. As well as the Asian Supermarket. Actually there's nothing to complain about. I encourage visitors to enjoy Lugano bei renting such a beautiful Home.

It is a great location (10min walk from the main train station or a couple bus stops away). Elevator in the building which is always a plus when you have luggages. Communication is smooth and check in was easy.

Everything was great. FYI You do have to pay for the Nespresso coffee pods (or bring your own) if you want to use the coffee machine.

A great, clean and comfy place to stay!

The host was very accommodating and kindly agreed to let us drop off our bags and do the check-in before the standard time. She explained everything very clearly regarding the check out procedures and where everything was in the apartment. The host was very friendly and kind, much appreciated! The apartment is just a few minutes away from the train station, which made it very convenient to travel to our hiking locations. The rooms were squeaky-clean and had a lot of space to chill and to put things away - ideal for a longer stay. The kitchen is very well equipped, so you can definitely cook meals if you do not like to eat out every day. There is a grocery store within a very short walking distance.

The bedroom's window face a rather frequented road, so if you're light sleeper or specifically mind the city's noise this might not be the ideal place for you to stay.

Il comportamento della proprietaria è stato inqualificabile.Mi ha fatto aspettare 45 minuti per la consegna della chiavi e poi mi prendeva in giro dicendomi se non ero morto dal freddo ad aspettarla.Ho chiesto se poteva disdire la prenotazione e avrei prenotato un altro appuntamento, ma mi ha detto che non ero suo cliente, ma di booking e che se volevo eliminare la prenotazione dovevo chiamare booking. Quindi solo per non perdere 200 euro della prenotazione ho dovuto accettare di essere preso in giro dalla proprietaria. È stato umiliante. Inoltre la televisione non funzionava, così come la macchina del caffè ed in zona è difficilissimo trovare un parcheggio. La strada dove si trova l' appartamento è super trafficata e di fronte c'è un cantiere enorme con lavori molto rumorosi. La peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto e per lavoro vado in hotel o affittato appartamenti quasi tutte le settimane dell' anno.
