Easy and understandable key pickup.
Cozy and nice apartment.
Nice neighborhood, easy to get to shops, tourist attractions, and the train station on foot, or by bus if you have big bags.
We are not a couple, and we wanted to sleep separately (we booked this place because there were two beds) or at least sleep in one bed with two blankets and separate bed sheets. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find them.
It would have been nice if there had been a universal shampoo-shower gel

Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden und ist genial gelegen. Sie ist sehr zentral, egal ob man in die City, zum See, zum Bahnhof oder auf den Monte Brè möchte.

위치가너무좋았다.식탁조명의전구가한개고장나있어서연락했는데아무런답변이없었고
고쳐지지않아굉장히어두웠다.
2박을머무른는데수건은
부족했다.예약할때시설보기에세탁기가있다고했으나없었다.
제일기분이좋지않았던건
쓰레가까지버리고체크아웃하라는건정말최악이었고
고객의요구사항에대한답변은해주지않고업주의요구사항만
설명하는게불쾌했다.
시설과장소는좋았는데너무비지니스만생각하는느낌을받아
루가노에대한이미지가안좋아졌고다시방문할계획은절대없다.불쾌했다
