very clean, well equipped and in good location. I appreciate the host’s efforts to install a mobile air condition to deal with the heat.
Very hot in summer. The air condition solution is a bit noisy. Access instructions were sent to me in Italian. Also the YouTube video instruction didn’t play.

Місцерозташування! Знаходиться в центрі, неподалік від залізничного і авто вокзалу, але має вихід у внутрішній двір, тому в квартирі цілком тихо. Гарне співвідношення ціни і якості особливо для Лугано.
Дуже не сподобалась постільна білизна, вона синтетична на 100%. В жару спати в такій постелі особливо неприємно. Треба обовʼязково замінити на натуральну.

Gute Lage Modern, aber unpraktisch
Kommunikation schwierig, da es über eine Agentur in Italien verwaltet wird Änderungen in Personenzahl nur mit Aufpreis möglich In der Küche hat es keine Stauflächen und kochen schwierig da keinen Platz hat. Kaffeemaschine muss auf Stuhl gestellt wegen Stromanschluss.
