A wonderful place to stay in Lugano

A wonderful / rare spacious apartment in Lugano, with underground parking and an outside patio. A lovely apartment with space for a family of 4 and only a 5 minute walk to the lake / town centre - a fantastic location to explore Lugano and the surrounding areas.

Our two-night, three-day stay in this apartment was very pleasant. We were a group of four, and both the main bed and the sofa bed were fully prepared upon our arrival, which was very convenient. The apartment was very clean, and there were enough shampoos, soaps, and towels for everyone. They had also thoughtfully provided dish soap, a sponge, and dishwasher tablets, which came in handy. The kitchen was equipped with all the essential dishes, glasses, and basic cooking utensils. Having a dining table made meals and daily routines much easier. Although the apartment does not have air conditioning, there were two large fans available. At night, we opened the balcony door and lowered the insect screen, placing a fan in front of the door to draw in the cool outside air. This worked very well, and the apartment stayed comfortably cool throughout the night—we had no issues. The location of the apartment was excellent—very close to the city center. Parking cost 20 francs per night, so we paid 40 francs for the two nights. Make sure to reserve a parking spot in advance, as there is no street parking around the building except for public parking lots. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward. Overall, I highly recommend this place to others.

There were no clear instructions about how to dispose of the trash, so we ended up throwing it in the bins located on the street behind the apartment. Also, having only one key for the apartment is not really sufficient when four people are staying there. It would be great if they could add an iron to the apartment as well.

Charming Apartment close to the centre

It was nice to have a Garden and being so close to the centre.

Neighbours were smoking a lot and it was disturbing. For 2 Nights 3 people got only 2 Rolls of toilette Paper

The place is comfortable, but it was extremely expensive for what was offered. Very poor value

The host was terrible. Awful communication, we had to get back to them every now and then to ask for basic things, like wifi password, etc. They would answer very vaguely to every question. The instructions to collect keys and park our car were confusing, They sent videos showing things that contradicted what they said in text. They charged for the parking in cash and we needed an incredible back and forth during days to get an invoice. After a red eye flight they could not accommodate an early check in, not even by 15 minutes. All they would reply is "check in is at 15:00". They wanted us to take out the trash but wouldn't say where, only said "nearby". And there was nothing "nearby". For the price we paid we were extremely disappointed. Two years ago we came to a different apartment in the same dates, and it was A LOT better, and much cheaper. Too bad it was not available this time

Amazing stay in a beautiful apartment 🤩

The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable and located in a very communicative area, nearby everything there is to see in the city. The apartment‘s manager was extremely helpful and very fast at responding to our parking request and other questions. I would definitely recommend to everyone who wants to be in the hart of Lugano and experience the city in the best way possible.

A little suggestion is to give people a bit more detailed information and direction where to dispose the rubbish bag.

Wonderful Miami apartment vibes with a great garden!

Wonderful Miami vibes, we really enjoyed the stay and the location was great! The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and the apartment was super clean and nicely designed. The garden was what sold us on this place. Having green space like this is amazing. The only minor thing would probably be the lack of an AC. It was not a problem for us at the end of May but when the weather gets hotter it might get a bit stuffy. 10/10 from us though!

Letto e cuscini scomodi e con odore di polvere in quanto trattasi di divano letto. Padrone poco disposto a rispondere alla nostra problematica e ci va fatto pagare 1 posto letto in più.

Boa e pequena acomodação em Lugano

Trata-se de um "studio", a entrada é pelo mezanino, onde há uma cozinha com mesa de refeições. No andar inferior, o quarto e a casa de banho. Há um sofá-cama, o que permitiu acomodar-nos (estávamos em 4 pessoas). O espaço é pequeno e funcional, certamente que acomoda bem um casal por alguns dias, mas mais gente ou mais tempo exigem um local mais espaçoso e mais bem equipado. A iluminação poderia ser melhorada, o espaço é um pouco escuro. Os equipamentos são todos novos e muito funcionais. A chegada é muito facilitada, tudo correu muito bem. Tem um pequeno e simpático jardim, o que agrega valor ao imóvel!

A localização é boa, mas não é perfeita. O sofá-cama tem o conforto... de um sofá-cama, não espere mais do que isso.

위치가너무좋았다.식탁조명의전구가한개고장나있어서연락했는데아무런답변이없었고 고쳐지지않아굉장히어두웠다. 2박을머무른는데수건은 부족했다.예약할때시설보기에세탁기가있다고했으나없었다. 제일기분이좋지않았던건 쓰레가까지버리고체크아웃하라는건정말최악이었고 고객의요구사항에대한답변은해주지않고업주의요구사항만 설명하는게불쾌했다. 시설과장소는좋았는데너무비지니스만생각하는느낌을받아 루가노에대한이미지가안좋아졌고다시방문할계획은절대없다.불쾌했다

Amplio y comodo departamento para 4 personas

Amplio Loft en dos plantas, en la superior una cocina super completa, en la inferior un sofa cama y una cama, la verdad muy cómodas, si bien dormimos una noche, la verdad que hermoso departamento, cerca del centro, tener en cuenta que si van con maletas grandes si bien la distancia al tren es corta, es muy empinada.

si bien la anfitriona estuvo atenta, solicitamos una ayuda con un taxi para subir las maletas desde el apartamento hasta el tren, el costo fue de 40 CH, que es un trayecto de no mas de 5 minutos, me parecio excesivo ( si bien Suiza es costosa) igual no es responsabilidad de ella, por eso la valaoracion es de 10 puntos :-)

Morgens entspannt aufwachen mit Blick auf Palmen im grünen Garten. Schöne Aufteilung der Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
