We had a fantastic stay at this apartment and cannot recommend it highly enough. It was spotlessly clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The location is great, just minutes from Lugano’s main square and the lungolago, making walks to the lakefront, restaurants, and shops completely effortless. Additionally, as someone who needed to log some hours while away, the internet connection was excellent, fast, and completely reliable for remote work. This apartment is great for families wanting comfort, convenience, and a touch of outdoor space in Lugano.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay, but there was one discrepancy in the listing. A washing machine was listed as an amenity for the apartment, but it was not actually inside the unit. There is a shared laundry room in the building, but it is only available for long-term stays. To the host's credit, they were very responsive when I reached out and quickly provided alternative options to help us out. However, the listing description should definitely be updated to clarify this for future guests, especially families who rely on having an in-unit machine.

傾斜地に建つビルの1階がキッチン、地階がベッドルームで通風が無い。ファンだけで、熱帯夜を過ごすのは無理がある。室内温は30度、熱中症になりそうである。窓を開けると蚊の攻撃。熱帯の安宿状態。このところの熱波来襲を考えると、ゲストの安全の為エアコンの設置は急務である。 使えない洗濯機を備品に入れる事は詐欺である。
