We had a very good stay. The apartment was very clean and well equiped. We were especially grateful for the early check-in, which was a big help with the kids.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Alles schön eingerichtet. Nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum.
Die komunikation zum Parkplatz reservieren und für Kinderbett war etwas schwierig da man mit verschidenen Personen komuniziert und es dan schwierig ist.

위치가너무좋았다.식탁조명의전구가한개고장나있어서연락했는데아무런답변이없었고
고쳐지지않아굉장히어두웠다.
2박을머무른는데수건은
부족했다.예약할때시설보기에세탁기가있다고했으나없었다.
제일기분이좋지않았던건
쓰레가까지버리고체크아웃하라는건정말최악이었고
고객의요구사항에대한답변은해주지않고업주의요구사항만
설명하는게불쾌했다.
시설과장소는좋았는데너무비지니스만생각하는느낌을받아
루가노에대한이미지가안좋아졌고다시방문할계획은절대없다.불쾌했다
