Spacious apartment. Heat wave so air conditioning was appreciated. Clean, Comfortable bed.

Could have used a chair in the seating area, just a couch. No safe. Only 4 coffee pods and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 7 day stay. We really did not to shop for these items. Same as for a 1 night stay...

Very comfotable, spacious and modern apartment for 2 people. 5 min walk to the train station. Very clean, warm and practical. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bedroom!

Communication with the owner (through booking messaging) was a bit lagging probably due to the fact that any issues were been dealt by the managing office and not personally.

Late communication. Didn’t have bed sheets for everyone, only for two, we were three. Didn’t have any base ingredients for cooking. I had to cook my onions in oil from my pesto. It turned out alright tho. But we had to use McDonalds salt and pepper from the local McDonalds to season our tomato sauce (The person who gave us the salt and pepper looked really surprised when we ordered McFlurry and asked for salt and pepper). They didn’t have a mixer, so we also had some tomato skin in the sauce. Good dinner over all. The WiFi is really really bad. Considering we are in 2026 and Gen Z is visiting this apartment it’s really bad. I had to use my friends phone WiFi to watch F1. Also if you’re going to Lugano, pack some extra money.
