About this apartment rental
Apartment 5-6 persons, WIFI , area Lugano center a short walk from the station . Size 80 sqm with internal car park. With big bedroom (Double bed ) , bedroom ( 1 bed ) , large living room with sofa bed ( 2 places) and balcony , additional camping bed, kitchen , large entrance . Recently renovated bathroom and new furniture .
The apartment is 2 minutes walk from train station and 5-6 minutes walk to the center/lake.
There is a funicular that connect station to the center (1 min).
In the apartment you can find a kit with towels and sheets.
•Apartment address; Via San Gottardo 26 – Lugano. (Walk entrance floor 0)
•The garage entrance door (see photo) is in front of patrol distributor (floor -2).
•Arrival by train; exit from station, go left and take the small walk street (going down) until crossroads/traffic light (100mt). The palace is after on the right.
•Apartment car park in floor (-2) park n. 11 – enter in garage and turn left.
•Apartment in floor (+2) n. 24 – Frison – (if you are in garage, take elevator using door in front/left car park).
•Check in: after 13,00 p.m. (…or specific agreement)
•Check out: max 10,00 a.m. - please leave the keys on furniture near the modem at the entrance and leave open.
