It was clean and good value for money

We were five and the sofa bed was broken. Luckily we had to only install a little kid so it still worked. Placed just behind a very big street, quite loud and a little unpleasant

The only positive aspect of this stay was the location: peaceful, quiet, and relatively close to Lugano city centre — provided you sleep with the windows closed. Otherwise, you can clearly hear passing cars and the train.

I honestly don’t understand how some people leave such overwhelmingly positive reviews for places that clearly don’t deserve it. It makes me wonder where these people normally stay — or what the condition of their own homes is. By writing misleading praise, they completely deceive others who rely on honest reviews when choosing accommodation. – Terrible communication from the host, with rude and unhelpful responses. – Extremely poor instructions on how to collect the keys and access the so-called “private parking.” In reality, the parking space was blocked by an abandoned motorcycle, and when we informed the host, we received no response or help. – As a result, we had to look for public street parking nearby, which was neither easy nor convenient. – The apartment itself was disgustingly dirty upon arrival. – The kitchen equipment was extremely limited and in terrible condition – barely usable. – And worst of all: after check-in, the host messaged us (this is not mentioned anywhere during the booking process!) that we are expected to clean the apartment ourselves before check-out, despite not being provided with any cleaning supplies or equipment. – When we questioned this, the host bluntly stated that they never clean the apartment themselves — which explained the shocking level of filth throughout the entire space. - And just when we thought it couldn’t get worse — at 10:04, only 4 minutes after official check-out time, an incredibly rude woman knocked on our door and stood there staring at us silently, waiting for us to leave. Apparently, she couldn’t wait those extra 10 minutes. We finally left at 10:15 — under close supervision by two judging eyeballs. Frankly, some people should be ashamed for praising the “cleanliness” of this place. Either they have extremely low standards or live in a stable with horses. Let’s be serious: reviews should be honest so that property owners are held accountable and forced to offer the level of service they advertise.

the property owner requested we pay city taxes in cash. I booked through booking.com and booking told me all taxes were included in my booking fee. unfortunately, I had paid the extra tax before booking.com confirmed the above.

We liked the spacious rooms well isolated, the privacy, the facilities to pick up the keys and the amenities in the kitchen. Also you can cook if you want and the place has a balcony.

It is not possible to wash clothes and it would be nice if they provided a not-so-limited amount of soap for the bathroom.

El alojamiento es espacioso. Fácil de encontrar y hacer cheking de manera autónoma

La ropa de cama, edredones y cubre edredones con olor raro. No conseguimos encontrar el aparcamiento. Las indicaciones del propietario fueron muy vagas. No se tomó interés para poder encontrarlo. Había zonas de aparcamiento azul en las inmediaciones de pago. El horno y las bandejas del mismo muy sucias. La lavadora la sigue teniendo fuera de servicio ya había visto comentarios de hace bastante tiempo.Un alojamiento con muchas posibilidades pero un poco dejado. Las camas son cómodas y el alojamiento espacioso.

Servicios ofrecidos que no existen: Lavadora de ropa (no funciona). Camas y colchones incomodos. Almohadas de baja calidad. Imposibilidad de contactarme al numero que ofrecen lo que me demoro el ingreso por 1 horas y media (lo resolví finalmente con el Servicio de Booking por telefono). En fin, no lo recomiendo

Kloschüssel Decke fehlt, ein paar Kissen Bezug fehlt, Bett Decker Bezug fehlt. Einpaar schmeckt komisch nach ungewaschen aus. Balkon Tür Klemm. Es gibt überrascht Tourismus steuer. Steht nicht auf booking Seite..
