Рядом автобусная остановка, можно быстро доехать в город и на вокзал. В 5 минутах с горки есть магазины.

Все разваливалось. Мебель старая очень. Холодно. Кухня есть , НО НЕТ ПОСУДЫ! Зачем сдавать с кухней когда есть только чайник ?! Зараз ужасно в коридоре, хлорка или что-то.

Me gustó mucho las indicaciones dadas por la persona encargada. La ubicación y que tiene parking. Tuvimos aire acondicionado, un aparato antiguo y que hacía ruido, sin embargo para mi esposo y para mí no hubo ningún problema con el ruido.

Непогане розташування і ціна, це всі плюси цього помешкання.

Це більше схоже на хостел. Все дуже старе, в поганому стані. Вікна виходять на шумну вулицю, спати від шуму неможливо. Кондиціонер дуже старий, брудний і шумний, користуватись нереально, але і відкрити вікна теж неможливо. Оплатив парковку, але фіксованого місця нема, тому вночі хтось зайняв місце, а ресепшн вже не працює, тому змушений був годину шукати інше місце. Не уявляв, що в швейцарії може бути житло в такому стані.

Det ville vært bedre om en nattevakt kunne hindret bråk som forstyrret hvile

Fint at det var inkludert busskort til neste dag, rommet var fint innredet med sittegruppe og god seng. Automater i resepsjonen med snacks.

20 min å gå fra togstasjonen, men kunne valgt buss som stoppet like ved. Selvbetjent innsjekk etter 21, ingen tilstede om natten før 0830. Mye bråk og roping i trappegangen flere ganger midt på natten, trolig ungdommer på fest i byen. Vasken på badet manglet synlig mulighet til å få tømt ut vannet(??), og det var ingen å spørre før ved utsjekk.

Laut booking war es sehr schönes Zimmer Groß und hell Als wir das Zimmer bekamen war es klitze klein kaum hell da es nur ein kleines Fenster gab Das Badezimmer kann man nur alleine betreten wenn man etwas mehr auf den Rippen hat. Dusche war gar nicht sauber und sollte erneuert werden. In der Beschreibung steht, dass Parkplätze am Haus sind . An der Rezeption hieß es aber es gibt keine Parkplätze Fur die Gäste Vor lauter Schreck haben wir nicht mal Fotos gemacht

I highly recommend this place . 20 minutes walk from the city center in a quiet residential area of lugano. With your booking you will receive a free card for transport in all ticino region. A very worth offer if you don't have a car. Overall ,Reasonably cheap price for swiss standards.

Nice, but could have been better.

We liked the position of the Guest House. The kitchen was nice with a kettle and a refrigerator.

Unfortunately, the room was not that clean. There were spider webs on the ceiling and some small bugs on the celling as well. The shower towels were small.

Great for a short stay

The location is perfect and parking is easy in the blue lines. For free!

There is a little kitchenette with stove inside the bedroom. In the hallway there was a certain smell that I link to cooking on such a stove. It smelled a bit like fire and this put me in cautious-mode. I think it is dangerous when people can cook in their hotel room. This made me feel a bit unsafe and I went to check emergency-exits. I do not think these are the best when something happens.
