Nice spot for a short/long stay

Good location, dated rooms, but perfectly fine for the price, easy check in. Complementary washing machines were much appreciated

Some people will not be happy with the lack of utensils in the kitchens (extra cost), but it did not concern us as we don't cook. Only negative was the A/C did not cool the room, so we left the window open all night (fortunately it was quiet, and no mosquitos came in).

We’ve stayed at the Guesthouse Lugano several times because of what it has to offer.

We liked the size and location of the apartment and the ability to do laundry . The Ticino travel pass is another great bonus.

Pleasant stay

I highly recommend this place . 20 minutes walk from the city center in a quiet residential area of lugano. With your booking you will receive a free card for transport in all ticino region. A very worth offer if you don't have a car. Overall ,Reasonably cheap price for swiss standards.

Nice, but could have been better.

We liked the position of the Guest House. The kitchen was nice with a kettle and a refrigerator.

Unfortunately, the room was not that clean. There were spider webs on the ceiling and some small bugs on the celling as well. The shower towels were small.

Great for a short stay

The location is perfect and parking is easy in the blue lines. For free!

There is a little kitchenette with stove inside the bedroom. In the hallway there was a certain smell that I link to cooking on such a stove. It smelled a bit like fire and this put me in cautious-mode. I think it is dangerous when people can cook in their hotel room. This made me feel a bit unsafe and I went to check emergency-exits. I do not think these are the best when something happens.

Only the location is good

The location is great

We stayed for 3 nights and they did not came for cleaning the room not even once! There were not even a facility for cooking since it has oven...you can't find even a spoon or pot.nothing at all. The shower didn't have a door to prevent the water coming out so it was like a swimming pool in the room and toilet after taking shower.Beside,no one came for the cleaning ... The room was too cold that I cought a cold!

Missing basic stuff as (at least 1 bottle of water, cuttleries, TV, 3rd Bed, no chairs in balcony)

Nice for one or two nights

Very soft beds, a lot of free parking places in the street just oposite the hotel (thank a staff for clue).

In the kitchen it should be at least a pan or something similar to cook. The chairs in the kitchen are quite dangerous to fall.
