The studio apartment had everything we needed and some. It was an easy walk to the lake and attractions. The highlight for me was the Olive Grove walk.
The mattress was a little uncomfortable. But that's understandable as it was a convertible sofa bed.

Very nice place to visit not only Lugano but also close to Lake Como. Good value for money, modern appartment with private parking.

Good location, close to a bus stop, and to a grocery store. There are few restaurants around the neighborhood. AC is a plus too.
The apartment was dirty, especially the floor. The bed is not comfortable (there's a hole in the middle, so you can feel the slope of the mattress), the sofa bed neither.
There are some things missing in the apartment, like for example cleaning products (I would have cleaned the floors if I could!).
I can't say that the flat is quiet, as it overlooks a very busy street. But that's the price you pay for being in the city centre.
