Unfortunately we will not be back

Good location, close to a bus stop, and to a grocery store. There are few restaurants around the neighborhood. AC is a plus too.

The apartment was dirty, especially the floor. The bed is not comfortable (there's a hole in the middle, so you can feel the slope of the mattress), the sofa bed neither. There are some things missing in the apartment, like for example cleaning products (I would have cleaned the floors if I could!). I can't say that the flat is quiet, as it overlooks a very busy street. But that's the price you pay for being in the city centre.

Great location, good price.

The studio apartment had everything we needed and some. It was an easy walk to the lake and attractions. The highlight for me was the Olive Grove walk.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable. But that's understandable as it was a convertible sofa bed.

Great apartment if you stay for a short period of time...

The apartment is well-decorated and modern. There are a lot of appliances in the kitchen. That was great! The dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, and microwave were great. Air conditioning was a lifesaver because it was soooo hot! The location was terrific. The lake is within walking distance. USI is within a 5 min walk and also the bus station.

The living room/kitchen was so small. The couch (and also the extra bed in it) in the living room was a bit dirty. The shower drain was blocked, but the owner sent someone, and the problem was solved. We stayed for a week, but there were only two detergents for the dishwasher and no detergent for the washing machine. We asked for them, but the owner said the dishwasher detergents are included in the welcome package, and most customers don't stay for a week; therefore, they don't put the washing machine detergent into the welcome package. I stayed in other houses around Europe; this is the first time I've got such an answer. All the owners have fulfilled our wishes till this one. So, we didn't happy with the owner.

new, modern, well equipped

there was a lot of noise from upstairs apartment at 2-3-4 in the morning so could not really sleep for 1 of the 2 nights… also the booking process with taking a security deposit of 300 chf and releasing it only after check out (even now I have not yet received my deposit back) is not very practical. the money has actually been charged to my card and doubled my booking price… still waiting on getting my deposit back, hope it happens soon…

The apartment is clean , completely new, full equipment, it’ s very quiet , from inside and out side , in the apartment I could find vacune cleaner and other staff for cleaning , free park . It was my first time and it’ll be my first option for my next trip when I have to visit my parents It ‘s near the center and near by you have 3 different supermarkets

all good except asking me to manage trash

new facility, spacious, convenient

they asked me to sort the garbage and to go to the super market to buy garbage bags as if I was their waitress and not a paying guest. no garbage bin to throw away trash in the neighborhood. I should have asked to get paid for the time I have spent and expense I have sustained to sort out trash

It was very fun in a really beautiful facility, with a few things that disturbed me and my friends

The design, the interior, the bathroom, it was big.

The bed that you take out of the closet was not comfortable. The others that payed the same price or even less, got an actual bed with an extra bedroom and a bed on the floor and with the balcony with the chairs. Ours didn‘t have chairs we had to take them out from inside. Also the blanket did not have bedsheet on it, it was just the blanket.
