Instructions given were very good & easy to follow. No problem finding the apartment. Location was very good / close to the train station, walkable to shops, restaurants, the lake area etc. The booking folks were responsive to my messages. Apartment was very nice, good size for 3 people, clean, & comfortable. It was good that the apartment had AC in the living room but better if there was AC in the bedrooms.
Wireless wifi equipment was not clearly marked. There is no battery that they told to take out; it basically needed to get charged. WIFI was spotty. It would have been nice if we had basic cooking items like cooking oil, salt, pepper, a couple bottles of water, paper towels similar to our experiences when we booked apartments in the past. We bought these basic essentials.

The arrangements for picking up the keys was v unsatisfactory the address was in correct and we only received the E mail telling us how to enter the property 3 hours before we arrived when we were travelling by train and internet access was poor
