Near to the town centre, great location and nice place

Nice getaway but falls below expectations

Location was easy to get to main square, the lake, and the train station. The terrace was quite nice.

The bathroom had many issues including sewage gas smell coming from the inoperable bidet. The furniture in the lower level was so packed you can barely access the far side of the bed. I would be shocked if 6 people could comfortably stay here. There was construction going on in the lobby and elevator and since the apartment is right off the lobby floor, this was extremely loud and inconvenient.

Recomendable pero no perfecto.

El apartamento está bien y tiene todo lo necesario. La limpieza es buena y la ubicación es excelente, a escasos 3 minutos de las calles más centricas de Lugano. A pesar de que la limpieza es buena al apartamento le hace falta cierta renovacion. Pintar, suelos muy viejos y estropeados, muebles o sofás deteriorados...

La cochera es bastante complicada, no apta para coches grandes (nuestra plaza era el -4). Supongo que al haber reservado por Booking el anfitrion no respondio a ninguno de mis mails ni whatsapps. Solo por Booking. No veo qué trabajo cuesta., La cama es cómoda, el sofá cama es insufrible.

Zentrale Lage und nette Kommunikation!

Zentral gelegen! Kurzer Weg zum See und zum bummeln. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet.

Mir ist es persönlich zu dunkel, da die Terrasse zwischen den Gebäuden liegt und damit keine Sonne hereinbricht.

Goede ligging, maar als je wil uitrusten moet je hier niet zijn

Ligging en indeling zijn top. We zijn vriendelijk en goed geholpen door het personeel.

De slaapbanken zijn vreselijk! Wij sliepen met zes personen in het appartement, waarvan vier op slaapbanken. Beide slaapbanken zijn versleten, doorgezakt en kraken enorm. Je ligt extreem oncomfortabel en als je je omdraait, dan is iedereen wakker door de herrie die de bedden maken. Hierdoor heeft geen van ons zessen (goed) kunnen slapen. Geen aanrader voor meer dan twee personen!

Das Personal wollte uns das kaputte Bett in Rechnung stellen, welches schon vor uns kaputt war. Das kann man auch aus den Kommentaren herauslesen.

Ubicación, decoración, equipamiento excepto aire acondicionado

No tiene aire acondicionado!!! Por más que decía que sí tenía y pasamos mucho calor. No se podía dejar la única puerta ventana abierta porque había muchos mosquitos y no tenía mosquitero. Esa parte fue desagradable porque no podíamos ventilarlo ni dormir frescos
