Cozy and comfortable duplex

location, quite close to the center and the lake. Cleanliness, space, comfortable and kitchen utensils. everything was in order

The only thing we didn't like is that the heating was hardly noticeable. Maybe it was us who don't tolerate the cold very much, who knows. It would have been great if the heating was more noticeable. For everything else, we loved the apartment.

Ma famille et moi voyageons beaucoup dans différents endroits, mais c'est 1 fois que je n'ai pas besoin de tout nettoyer avant d'entrer. La propreté est excellente, l'emplacement est excellent, le garage est 👍🏼, vous pouvez promener dans la ville à pied, l'appartement est au centre, il est très confortable. confortable. confortable. confortable. confortable. Localização excelente (a 10 min de caminhada da estação de trem e 10 min do centro da cidade), imóvel amplo, limpo e funcional.

Falta insumos na cozinha (poucos talheres, apenas 1 saco de lixo por hospedagem, 2 pastilhas de lava louça)

Excellent ! Seul point négatif est le bruit des voitures et des passants mais autrement très bien situé et bien équipé. Conforme aux photos et propre.

Il dialogo con i gestori per disponibilità di entrare prima

L’igiene del bagno era non idonea e nemmeno corretto la non disponibilità dei proprietari dei gestori dopo averli avvisati che han fatto praticamente finta di nulla, non mi è piaciuto nemmeno la conversione in euro del parcheggio da 20chf a 25 euro dal momento che non avevo 20chf che ad ogni modo sarebbero stati 21.8 quindi non corretti i gestori per quanto mi riguarda la correttezza dell’importo. Poi il check out alle 10, ero fuori in macchina alle 9:59 e avevo già intravisto la signora delle pulizie alle 9:55 dunque, svizzeri si e precisi ma solo per quello che interessa…

Gut und zentral gelegen, geräumig und zugleich gemütlich

Es gab keine Klimaanlage, dafür aber gute Ventilatoren, die dennoch keine Klimaanlage ersetzen.

Tolle Lage der Wohnung machten den Zugang zum Zentrum von Lugano einfach

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut direkt in der Nähe des Zentrums

Für die Box wo sich der Eingang Schlüssel befindet braucht man unbedingt bessere Anweisungen. Wir konnten ohne Hilfe die Box nicht öffnen! Zu wenig Besteck in der Küche,z.B. fehlendes Brotmesser, billige Qualität des Bestecks Begehbarer Kleiderschrank ?? fehlt??
