DISGUSTING AND AWFUL. CAREFUL TO NOT GET AN INFECTION.

NOTHING. The only thing I liked was leaving. It was Disgusting. Very very very dirty. The bed sheets and pillows cover were not cleaned. We slept without pillow as the bad smell of the pillow and the towels were infesting the room. They smelled like rotting meat. The worst place so far. Please, DO NOT GO, you risk to get an infection.

It was awful. Bed pillows, bed sheets and towel were not cleaned and smelled disgusting. We were careful not to touch things. The risk there is to get an infection. Also, the window didn’t open and the blind didn’t work. The toilet was shared but rubbish was left there and it wasn’t clean. We had to pour bleach to have a minimum of disinfection of that horrible place. The place had kettle but only courageous could look inside that. Mouldy. No cups. Why places like that offer kettle and old tea with no cups? Better like this as it could affect me if I dare to drink to a cup left. Very dirty place. Very very very disgusting.

Self check in was simple.

The beds were not very good. It didn’t smell very good. Very hot in the rooms. Far far away from the trainstation

the owner is very nice and helpful, he provided very detail information to us. This place is near the lake and the church and the train station.

Basically，everything is fine. we have some problems for the self-check in ,but it's our problem because we don't know that our Italy internet data is not available in Swiss , so we mistook the room, And the owner was really amazing, he said we can take the wrong room, that's really kind and helpful.

Online it said they have a double bed when we got there there was 2 single beds the sheets not clean they smelled horrible the bathroom was a mess very unhygienic the room was very small the beds were not not good me and My partner were complaining about back pain the next dayI would not recommend it to anyone who is looking for comfort 😕

Door mechanism isn't conventional and took some time to get in. Kitchenwares were lacking. There was no wine bottle opener, tong, spatula or cutting knife.

Poor customer service.

Location, clear directions to the property.

Mot very clean, the bed is lopsided, the cheapest quality bedding, no microwave, no hot drinking cup, no chair to sit in the common area, the bathroom wall looks like there is mold, the towel hanger is rusty, the place needs a good fresh coat of paint, my room floor were not vacuumed, the toilet is continuous leaking, there is a permanent stain in the toilet bowl. No hand sanitizer or sop in the bathroom. The bathtub has not been clean. I accidentally left thing in the room after checked out but was not able to get back into the room to get my thing, I called for the service, explaining the situation and that I have to catch a train at 0800am. I was told someone to be there to open the locked room within half hr, waiting in the corridor/common area, sitting on the floor, got a communication back from the service after 20 minutes, stating they are not able to open the locked room until 1030am. I end up on leaving without my things that l left in the locked room. Very poor customer service.
