First of all, Rosa and her Husband are one of a kind. Such nice people, always there for a laugh, just genuine good people. The food at dinner was always so so good and typical Albanian food. The rooms are simple but very cozy. Can only recommend

Host were extremely nice and welcoming. Dinner at the property was homemade and dinner and drinks were affordable. Free breakfast was provided and very filling. Room was clean and comfortable. All other guest were very nice and common dining room is fun to hang out in at the end of the day.

Location was slightly difficult to find, road is unpaved and fairly rocky. Google maps tries to take you down a very long rocky road. Better path is to take the paved road all the way to Theth, over the main bridge and then there are gravel roads that you can take to the guesthouse (still rocky but not as long as the google maps route). Had Fiat Typo and was able to get there. Host take cash for stay, food, and drinks. Leks preferred but they did take euros.

The view is absolutely insane!!! But that would be it.

I’m sad to say it was the worst accommodation I’ve ever been to. Owners don’t speak English or very very little. You can only pay cash there for your stay which I found it very inconvenient because there was no information on booking.com while booking and also the price I paid at the place turned out to be much more expensive than what booking.com shows, because on top of that they only accepted Albanian currency and the conversion was inconvenient for me. There is no aircon, the lady provided only the small electric heater that didn’t do any job- to be honest hairdryer was doing it better. So for two nights I was freezing, had to sleep in sweaters and extra pants. Breakfast also very simple, one boiled egg and slice of cheese (amazing jam though) and two different kinds of pancakes- I don’t know if that’s normal in Albania but it looks like they looove sweet breakfasts. And again like I said the communication was very poor.
