Absolutely gorgeous setting. The restaurant deck large & a great place to sit & take in the truly spectacular view of the mountains & valley. Restaurant food is good. Breakfast buffet abundant, we enjoyed the selection of home grown products-from the large garden at the back to the honey from their bees. The cute, little bunny hopping around free range was also a huge highlight for us! The hotel is actually accessible via a trail towards the end of the Valbona to Theth hike. You’ll see a sign for Royal Land & a few other guest houses on the right before you enter the town. This trail takes another ~15 minutes & comes out onto the lawn at Royal Land. A sight for sore eyes after the trek!!

It’s a little further out of town, ~15 minutes or so via the above mentioned trail, however a lot of guesthouses are a decent walk out of town & I believe it’s worth it.

Perfect stay if you’re hiking in the area. Good restaurant, friendly staff and nice location in the valley with mountains all around.

The triple room was basic but no less than we expected from the pictures.
