Absolutely beautiful property and location. Stunning views with dinner outside to watch the sun go down. It really is incredible. Staff really welcoming and helpful. Food and wine lovely too! Bed comfy.

The dog barking until late at night. There is no sound proofing and the ceilings are very thin so there is a lot of noise from people moving around above. Blackout curtains/curtains that covet the windows would be nice too.

Simply stunning. The setting was out of a fairytale with the terrace and towering mountains on all sides. It got some beautiful morning sun whilst we ate breakfast, which was also very nice and had a good selection of food. The staff were lovely and very friendly. The food and drinks on the dinner menu were delicious and extremely reasonably priced, would strongly recommend eating dinner there. The room was nice and perfect for what we needed really. Sitting on that terrace in the morning or evening is just beautiful. Their golden retriever is also so lovely, he greets everyone on arrival and he also guided us for half an hour to the start of our walk up to Valbone and found his way back! Was genuinely like a human tour guide so make sure you look out for him!

Only slight things are some of the food could do with some fly nets at breakfast as quite a few were buzzing about.

View was amazing, hosts were nice. Warm water was consistent. Parking and finding the place was easy. There's free drinkable spring water available.

Room walls a bit thin, power went out a few times causing the wifi to be inconsistent. Breakfast was the same every day, a bit boring.

- peaceful location (but still far from Teth or routes) - welcoming family - Terrace to sit in the sun

- Breakfast was ok, but not fabulous (just simple packaged food) - Dinners are very expensive (30 euro for 2 people) and not fulfilling (you leave with hungry). Due to its location, when its dark at night, you have to eat in their place as nothing else is close.
