Cute and cozy room with wooden floors (that do not get as cold as tiles). Room had enough space to put our things and the location was superb and quiet.
The restaurant that belongs to the hotel delivers simple, but good food and after traveling in Albania for 2 weeks this was amongst the best meals we have had in the country. They do have a great selection of vegetarian options as well!
The included breakfast was okay, but nothing special, typical Albanian. The coffee was awful though.
It got quite cold at night mid-October, but enough blankets were provided. Once a day the heating even turned on for a while!
The bathroom had an unpleasant smell (drain smell, very common in Albania). Also we stayed for three nights and did not have a room service once (e.g. someone emptying the toilet paper bin).
Overall, we also found it quite expensive for Albania.

the room was nice but given the price category we would have expected some extra comfort (like airco, fridge, or even a couple of glasses to drink or to put your toothbrush in)
restaurant does not always serve drinks (on the nice terrace, or to take to your room)
we had quite cool weather. There is heating but it only functions when centrally started, which is done only when it gets really chilly

Staff were super friendly and we loved our dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Breathtaking views and exterior of the buildings and the garden around (with free roaming chickens and bunnies!)
Room and bathroom were pretty basic and took a while to warm up - but a nice rustic-ish feel with suits the location.

Johnny who worked in the restaurant was very helpful, courteous, friendly and helpful.
Restaurant food was good and affordable. Breakfast included was very good and plentiful.
The first day, the heat in the room was on for one hour in the late afternoon, pre-dinner. By 8 p.m., no heat was on, and we were told it would be on in 15 minutes. An hour later, still no heat, temps low 40 F, told electricity in valley was inadequate to run boiler. Finally, at 10pm, the owner finally turned on the generator... heat ran for 2 hours. The next day, heat was only on from 4-6pm and never came on another time after that. If the facility can not provide basic necessities such as heat, this late in the season, then they shouldn't be open. They advertise that they have heat, but apparently, it is at the whim of the owner and she was not feeling generous while we were there.
