It was perfect! We arrived late and check in was easy, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was modern, exactly what we needed after long days of traveling and hiking. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was super helpful with everything. I highly recommend.
I can't think of any downsides.

Very nice cabin and super comfortable. Great location for walking around the area. With very beautiful and impressive scenery. The owner was very friendly and made our arrival easy. One of the most beautiful places we've visited.

We visited Theth off season so we were the only guests in the gusethouse and got an upgrade. Breakfast was very nice before hike. Staff was very friendly.
Bathroom should have handles for towels. Moslty everything was still closed in mid March, only one hotel restaurant was open, but that is not Alpinehouse fault.

toilets didn't stop running water so it made lots of noise. rooms are on the first and second floors. no elevator. you have to climb the stairs up and down. the stairs to the 2nd floor are quiet steep. difficult with luggage but the owner helped with that. breakfast is nothing to write home about.
