The property located in the middle of Theth village, it is small guest house. It is fairly basic in terms of facilities. We had few issues with the room but it was sorted straight away. Hosts are very lovely, very accommodating. Breakfast is great, everything you need. They made pancakes that my kids could eat with their dietary requirements, they were totally delighted. They don’t provide dinner but next door guest house has really good restaurant. One thing to note Theth gets really busy in August with lots of cars and people, nothing to do with hosts or accommodation but people can drive like complete maniacs on very small roads that shared by hikers and cars. Blue eye is worth of visit while you are staying there.

It was hot August and guesthouses didn’t have air conditioners which would be fine as it gets cool at night but there are no nets on the windows so couldn’t really open windows either. Hooks for towels really needed.

Nice stay in comfortable rooms in the heart of Theth with parking available in front of the place. Excellent service.

toilets didn't stop running water so it made lots of noise. rooms are on the first and second floors. no elevator. you have to climb the stairs up and down. the stairs to the 2nd floor are quiet steep. difficult with luggage but the owner helped with that. breakfast is nothing to write home about.
