Great option for Theth. The views from our room were incredible, it was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and the staff were extremely friendly. We also highly recommend having dinner one night at the hotel - the food was excellent!
The hot tub wasn't fully functional, but we still enjoyed sitting in it and admiring the incredible views.

Location, comfortable bed, sitting area outside the building
The walls are very thin, so you can hear people from above & next door.
Broken tiles in the bathroom & unpleasant smell.
Breakfast option could be a bit better (cold eggs & sausages)
