Marash Rrgalla Guesthouse

Amazing guest house ! Martina and her family worked around the clock to provide us with everything we needed and more ! The guest house is perfect for travellers and hikers who want to stay in a real agricultural farmhouse with farm to table dining. The views from the gardens are incredible !

The Family running the Place were super polite and helpful! Also the Food was delicious and fresh, as was the Mountain air. The rooms are also cozy and clean. Beware: The way to the Guesthouse is only possible on foot or by 4x4 Car and if you're not into walking or don't have a powerful Truck you will need to call a Taxi from Quender Theth and leave you're vehicle parked there. We got scammed by a taxi diver who charged us 50 Euros for the 10 Minute drive instead of the 20 Euro standard rate. The Family at the Guesthouse was kind enough to find out who the driver was and return half of the Taxi fare we payed :)

Incredible place. The family house is located in the mountain, far from the touristic zone that can be noisy but accessible in walking 20 min from center village. We really appreciated the kindness and warm welcoming from the whole family. We highly advise to have the dinner there if you can. We are doing a tour of Albania and are meeting amazing people, seing wonderful places. But this one is our favourite. Thanks again, it was perfect.

Food was great and the people were friendly. it’s best to stay a night when you come over the Valbona-Theth trail. it’s far from the center of Theth (and you’d have to walk up again) if visiting the falls and other places in town

We had the room with no shower and was annoying to have to go downstairs for that. Also the bed wasn’t very comfy. it’s a very old town house.
