The food was all delicious, and the host family are very friendly and accommodating. The Guest House is clean, and it is a great location if you are doing the Theth to Valbonë hike, as it is slightly out of town and close to the trailhead. The view of the surrounding mountains is amazing.
The only thing to be aware of is it is an uphill walk from Theth village.

Lovely stay well hosted by a wonderful and friendly family. Charming farm house which was 20-30 mins hike from Theth centre. It gave me a head start for the hike to Valbone pass but made the hike to Blue Eye and back quite a bit longer. There are taxis running from the centre quite close to Blue Eye for 5 Euros which may be helpful to some. Being away from the centre was nice and peaceful but if you want bars and drinks later into the night then it may be too far out. My rental car was a 4x4 and it was definitely needed to get from Theth up to the farmhouse (along with a little bit of confidence in driving off-road). Food was wonderful and made it feel like a nice traditional stay. Breakfast provided each morning and dinner was optional for an additional charge. I'm back at work now and am missing those mountains...
Not really negatives but a few things for all guests to be aware of. It's a farmhouse so it can be a little noisy; animals throughout the night and the sounds of other guests in their rooms, maybe bring earplugs if this is an issue for you. It's also important to note that the location is 20-30 mins hike from Theth so an important consideration for planning e.g. hiking times and bringing food and drinks

Food was great and the people were friendly. it’s best to stay a night when you come over the Valbona-Theth trail. it’s far from the center of Theth (and you’d have to walk up again) if visiting the falls and other places in town
We had the room with no shower and was annoying to have to go downstairs for that. Also the bed wasn’t very comfy. it’s a very old town house.
