The property has great potential. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location, but difficult to locate. Lovely rooms, very clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Lovely, caring hosts but limited English.
Cold nights and no heating beyond a small space heater. Hard to find the place. Water in the shower spreading over the bathroom floor. Will be a great place when they work out the details.

The hotel owner didn't speak English, which wasn't a problem at all—we were still able to communicate and found her to be very welcoming and hospitable.

The hosts were absolutely amazing. Breakfast and dinner is a must. Traditional meals and plenty of it. No one is leaving the table hungry. Highly recommend this property.

The location was nice, if you have a car it’s easy to drive down into Theth. There was parking on the premises, which was convenient. The room itself was adequate and the bathroom had cute tiles. The view from the patio was incredible, as well as from the room on the fourth floor. Breakfast included a big pitcher of mountain tea, which I really enjoyed every morning. The kids work hard and speak English well.
Several things left us disappointed with this guesthouse. Firstly, the owners didn’t speak any English, and while the kids tried their best to help, we just didn’t feel the connection and hospitality that we’ve experienced at other guesthouses in Albania. We tried to make some efforts but in the end, it just felt kind of awkward. Moreover, there were power outages, which is understandable due to the location, but at some point the water just stopped working for an hour when we wanted to shower. When we tried to communicate with the host about it, he couldn’t really explain and just shrugged his shoulders. Additionally, when we took a shower one day, we had to stop because the water was going through the floor and coming down into the room below us. The breakfast was nice, but very heavy with fried doughnuts and there was no variation in the 5 days we stayed there. We really wanted to like this place, but it just wasn’t our favorite.
