The best guesthouse I have ever stayed in. The most kind, friendly, and welcoming hosts. They provide so much information about the area for you. The hosts don't speak much English but are quick to use google translate and show you printed information when you have questions. The room itself is great- comfy bed and pillows, too many blankets, towels, has a heater, hot water for showering, drinking water throughout the house, good and speedy wifi. The entire property is great, loved the seating outside the rooms and the upstairs terrace for watching the sunrise was great. The free breakfast buffet (bread, pancakes, multiple different spreads (butter, honey, etc), feta, olives, veggies, etc) was top tier and endless. They even made my vegan friend some mash pumpkin in the morning- SO KIND!!! We felt so grateful to get a nice big meal before long days of hikes, he encouraged us to eat as much as we needed. The location is so ideal- obviously right in the center by the small (and expensive) markets and restaurants, close to the bus stop, about 45 minute walk to grunas waterfall. We booked this place so last minute and I feel so lucky we did! I would recommend this place to all coming to Theth.
can't think of a single thing I didn't like about this place. It is that good!!!!

Great location. Lovely views. Friendly hosts. Delicious food. Good raki. Clean facilities. Hot showers. Comfortable beds. Decent Wi-Fi.
Language barrier. Weak infrastructure. Electrical problems. Cold room with no heat source. Smelly bathroom.
