First of all, the location is amazingly situated, at least the room we booked. The room and balcony were pointing to north, so we could see the mountains, Kishe (church) and "town". The owner is great, he gives you a very welcoming feeling, it was nice talking with him. The room is warm, central heating, hot shower too, be patience it might take a couple of minutes. Both, room and bathroom are very clean and well maintain. Bed is comfy. I won't complain about not having a bedside lamp, but could be a plus. Breakfast is great, plenty, and you have several options, meat, eggs, butter, cheese, bread, milk, juice, jams, Albanian churros, and some veg. All you need to go for walk. Plenty of space to park your car, because you need a car to come here, SUV if possible.

Maybe the food, I mean, we had dinner the first night we arrive, and it was great, meat-feast, but there are other places with more options.

The location was great for us as it is close to the church, tower, and start of hikes for the waterfall and blue eye. Room had beautiful view across the valley and the guesthouse is a bit separate from others and the staff were friendly.

Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed about the value for money and the condition of some of the facilities. One of the main problems seemed to be electrical issues: the main light in our room didn’t work and the staff didn’t follow up after we told them about the issue. The bathroom light also flickered and the shower pressure and temperature was variable. A few other downsides were the walls were very thin (we could hear another guest snoring, lots of sounds of children crying and running around), some of the common areas weren’t super clean, and there was a loud generator or something for construction outside our balcony which disturbed the ambiance all day. Breakfast was a decent spread of items, however, both mornings the eggs were very cold even though we were there early, for which the staff did cook some fresh on request.
