We were warmly welcomed by the host and the location of this guesthouse is stunning. It is on the PoB trail, so easy for start of the Theth-Valbona hike (but it means a small extra climb when completing the Vusanje-Theth section). The restaurant offers a small menu for food, which was tasty.
Room smelled of smoke, probably from the fireplace downstairs. This can be quite strong.
The electricity seems to be a bit of an issue, as during the dinner they kept busy with switching different switches on and off. Which also seemed to impact the speed of the food being prepared. This would, however, not prevent me from booking this guesthouse, I’d book it again!

In a great location if doing the walk from / to Valbone - about twenty minutes above Theth centre. Breakfast included - and really good. Restaurant for that and for dinner perched on edge of hill - with fantastic views across and up/down the valley. Dinner was a bit mixed (the Bruschetta from their own tomatoes exceptional, other stuff not so much)
Our (triple0 room was in an annex away from main building and is one floor with a tin roof - so gets hot in the day. Leaving the windows open in early evening fixed that :-)

road and bridge was a bit scary to go on but bridge held up.

Het ontbijt was zeer lekker! Daarnaast heb je ook een mooi uitzicht tijdens het ontbijt. Heel goed bed!
Ideale locatie voor de start van de hike Teth-Valbonë.
De kamers zijn extreem heet! Geen ventilator. Het was absoluut niet uit te houden gedurende heel de dag. We hadden dit bij aankomst onmiddellijk gemeld maar we kregen vervolgens te horen dat het wel zou afkoelen in de avond en dat we ons konden zetten in de lobby voor afkoeling.
De kamers waren netjes maar wel veel spinnen.
De douche liep helemaal niet goed door, je moest tijdens het douche soms wachten zodanig dat het water niet overliep.
Vervolgens moet je opletten tijdens het ‘inclusief’ ontbijt, als je een koffie bijneemt is dit betalend! Dit komt achteraf op je rekening (zonder dat dit vermeld wordt).
Het centrum ligt beneden, het is een pittige stijle berg van minstens 25min omhoog terug.
Alleen cash betalen mogelijk.
Het elektriciteit viel ook verschillende keren uit.
Dit verblijf was onze duurste in Albanië en persoonlijk zouden wij niet terugkeren.
