This is a delightful place with wonderful and hospitable hosts.
Google Maps indicated a very narrow and uneven road to reach this destination, but there was an alternative route that was not as challenging to access. So we had an off-road experience for sometime.
The dinner they served there seemed a bit pricey but was acceptable considering no restaurants nearby.

Lola was an exceptional host, friendly, communicative, quick to respond, and helpful in every way. The location of Bujtina Milani is extraordinarily beautiful, and having walked the length of the valley that Theth sits within, the guesthouse is in the part I find the most beautiful, tranquil, and away from the slightly more busy Theth 'centre'. If you are looking for a comfortable authentic Albanian mountain home with an exceptional host then I recommend Bujtina Milani unreservedly.
Not a negative for me, but if you don't have a hire car then be prepared to walk a lot because the location is about 40 minutes up the valley from Theth centre - there are options for local minibuses/taxis, but we were happy to take our time walking and enjoying the environment, animals, and spectacular river

It was quiet, in a nice location. Also, the old couple that runs the place was lovely.
The room was small, with bad quality of beds and mattresses (and very old towels). More importantly, the rooms are inside the house, where the old couple stays, with no much privacy for anybody... It would be fine if this was clearly mentioned and depicted, but it isn't. It was more like couchsurfing with a high price (for Albanian standards).
