Great location, good cosy, spacious apartment. It is very old, but we found that added to its charm.

The location was amazing! It was warm, cosy and spacious. We found everything to be working ok in the kitchen and bathroom.

The Apartment was very old, but that adds to its charm. The nightclub disturbed us, but we were pre-warned from the reviews. It is only open at the weekend. The bathroom is basically a wet room. There is a curtain round the shower which minimises the water splashing and the water drains away quickly, so as long as you don’t leave your clothes in there, it’s ok. One of the beds gave way at the end of our stay, but we messaged the owner and told the cleaner in the morning, so hopefully it will be fixed quickly.

Good location but poor management amd quite old apartment - disappointing.

The location of the apartment was really good, right in the center and very close to all sort of public transportation networks. The beds were also fine.

The apartment is very old, althought the furniture is good, but apartment itself is quite old. The apartment had not been cleaned before the check in time. Even though the checkin time was clearly communicated, it wasnt cleaned before that and we had to wait for the cleaner to finish. The kitchen was of no use. It is so because the stove/induction plates did not work so we couldnt cook anything. The electric kettle also didnt work. Meaning that you cant warm anything too. When we told the host about it, they did not help and just said that nothing can be done and we had to stay like this. This was very disappointing for us.

Don’t get catfished! Toliet did not work, Host does not respond. Unclean property

I arrived at this property to find a very unclean place along with a toilet that did not flush. When contacting the host about this issue I was told it has happened before and he had the part to fix it and apparently it was an easy fix but he did not send anyone out to fix it. He is now ignoring mine and booking.com messages and will not refund for the stay. I had to get a last minute hotel for the second night as having a none working toliet in a group is not an option. This is awful service and would not recommend staying here!

It was not cleaned, a lot of dirt and aut flying around. Not working flush in the toilet, trash was not taken away after previous guests.

Great location, very comfortable for a small family.

Lock box code was not given in advance, which caused a delay in accessing the property - this wasn't great after 22 hours of travel from Australia. But once we managed to reach the host, this was rectified quickly. The listing also mentions that someone will meet you at the property, which is outdated information.

There are three flights of stairs to reach the property - not a drama for us, but should be considered for those with young children or mobility challenges. There was also no block out blinds in the main sleeping area - whilst not an issue in Winter, this was not ideal in Summer when the sun didn't set until 10.30pm and was up again at 3.30am!

A poor flat in a good location, not hosted well. Wouldn't recommend it .

The location is good .

We couldn't get in. Nobody met us, the phone no. Supplied was not answered, and it was for a place in Spain,how would that be useful for a place in Denmark. The pin code supplied would not open either of the keyboard, and there were no instructions to say which box to use. We were not impressed. We had to contact booking.com, whodid resolve it, but by the time we had a new pin code about 2.5 hours had passed. When we got into the flat, we found it to be not properly cleaned, the bathroom looks shabby, and we were unable to turn the heating down. On the second day the kettle, which looked old, stopped working. Not once did the host contact us.

can beat the price for the location

Amazing location in the heart of Copenhagen. close to everything. you don’t need a car if you don’t plan to leave the city. Beds were very comfortable with lots of towels, linens, plugs and natural light.

Pretty pleasant stay in a very interesting city.

Location for this place is great, it's in the oldest part od Copenhagen and close to everything. Apartment has it's 'old building' charm and there's plenty of space in it. The kitchen was well equipped.

We had issues with heating, which were solved, but we were two mornings without heating, so considering it was middle of April it made our stay less comfortable. One morning we also didn't have worm water.

I was cheat by the hosts! Be aware!

Nothing ——- When I arrived to Copenhagen I was considering to take Airbnb, but in the end I give a try with booking.com ... which was fine, until the nightmare starts! I booked the apartment the same date I arrived. Which is fine because the place was available on the web site of booking.com , I just needed to inform the host for my arrival which I done perfectly for 16:00h ... then ofc I went ok the address and try to make call (because a person will meet you to give u the keys ... but guest what no one picked the phone or show up with explanation why I can check in when I have even email with confirmation for successful booking. In the end I end up in the middle of Copenhagen ghosted by the host. Waiting 2-3 hours on the cold until I was pressed to book something else call booking customer service and waiting for return my money. But this is not the end! After all I try to find the number of the property provided in the web site of booking.com , in what’s app. And that’s where I finally reach someone from the apartment telling me that I have to wait for “Ana Isbin” to give me the keys AFTER 3 hours. But nope no one came again so I text this number back on what’s app and then I get answer that actually the flat is booked for the night and I can’t entrance or check in ... can you imagine my face?! Anyways I am still waiting for my money back. This stay in Copenhagen was a nightmare! I hope booking can change or do something with SOS option for costumers when they book a private properties. So people don’t end up cheated by private hosts.

Leider funktionierten weder der Backofen noch die Spülmaschine. Die Toilettenspülung mussten wir reparieren. Leider war es auch nicht sehr sauber.
