We would never stay there again.

The area

The property was filthy dirty the freezer was unusable as was the refrigerator very dirty. the bathroom shower was disgusting, completely unusable, mold across the shower floors, and walls . Pillows had blood stains. Sofa had ugly stains The location was as advertised, however it was extremely noisy all night, long into the wee hours of the morning! I’ve added a few photos. They don’t even come close to how disappointed we were in the condition of the rental.

Comfortable apartment in great central location.

Great central location right near round tower. spacious comfortable, clean apartment. As pictured. Able to easily arrange early check in after long flight. Staff lovely and on call at late hours to fix minor problem. Chrome cast set up so can relax and watch own shows in down time. Can watch the daily march past of the guards from the window.

The front bedroom was quite noisy especially on the weekend - the street noise can be quite loud. Was better midweek.

Central location, space for us all.

Was noisy until early hours and on first morning noise started again around 4.30 ish. Windows need a lot better sound proofing. Shower was pretty shabby. Grout and sealant were black so could do with being bleached or re-grouted and re-sealed. One of the blinds was frayed.

Light and roomy in a central location, but not for those appreciating calm and cleanliness

The location, and that it was light and roomy for us (4 adults and two children). The pickup of the keys worked quite smoothly and it was good to be able to ask questions upon arrival, since the keys were handed over personally.

There was a strong odeur from the toilet and the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. The tap in the kitchen was loose. Although some noise was expected based on the central location and earlier reviews, it was noisier than we’d expected as it didn’t seem well isolated.

This property is in the perfect location to be central to everything

The property is very close to everything right in the city centre close to the metro shops and attractions

whilst we were there the heating was not working properly and when it’s -3 outside you want it to be cosy but this was not the properties fault this is something in the building and we were just very unlucky he happened whilst we was staying

very disappointing, it has shaken my faith in the Booking.com rating system!

Location was good but it came at a cost

1. The place is filthy, I know because I tried cleaning the bathroom floors and the grime came off! 2. noise and light, you can't sleep without earplugs and a mask due to non block out and badly fitting blinds. 3. no expense has been spent, poor furnishings such as garage style metal shelving and mismatched and ancient chairs. 4. questionable electrics such as broken insulation on extension leads and dodgy (IMHO) wiring on the communal stairs. 5. Filthy vents (under fridge)/exhaust fan in bathroom 6. Items such as the shower curtain that had been complained about previously had simply been removed. 7. Tv unusable as the TV box was removed and replaced with a chromecast (had no streaming service and no device I was willing to use to connect). There was no indication of this when I booked! 8. router just sat on the floor, whole apartment is not child friendly such as a Paella pan loose on a stand used as a coffee table 9. kettle and shower heads in need of a descale. 10. wouldn't stay again even if they paid me to That is ten dot points, I had a much more informative version but it was too long to post but I have supporting photos! This apartment is not what it appears to be in the photos/descriptions given by the owners in my opinion. and it's rating beggars belief!

Perfect location to explore Copenhagen!

Great location, good communication from staff, easy check in / out. Light and spacious communal areas, ample enough for 4 people (2 couples).

There was a lot of street noise heard in the front bedroom throughout the night, however we understand this cannot be helped! The bathroom could do with being a little upgraded.

Lots to see and to visit; the Danes are extraordinarily friendly and welcoming.

Great location, short walk to both metro and train stations. Spacious, airy , bright apartment with well equipped kitchen. Very suitable for 2-3 persons; 4 would be possible but not so comfortable and 6 is unimaginable.

Absurd to create a comfortable corner to relax on large L-shaped sofa-bed and have NO LIGHTING but daylight....... The kitchen faucet is unstable and requires attention. The smaller bedroom bed-side light is too dim for reading. The bathroom requires a bathmat or additional towel for the floor to prevent slipping and falls. We had been warned of stairs to the first floor but not that they are narrow and curved, making climbing (and descending) with luggage annoyingly uncomfortable.
