The perfect base for a city break!

Centrally located in the nicest borough of Copenhagen. Everything you need close by. Great communication from the owners. Very cosy but modern apartment in a typical old Danish building on a quiet cobbled street.

Very little that could be improved. No lift for older travellers but only 4 stories high.

The location is great, quiet neighbourhood, close to the centre and to Christiania. Check-in was easy, the hosts responded quickly, overall a very good experience

Location was great, very short walk to the metro. Kitchen facilities were good - some great nearby restaurant options for breakfast and dinner too. Price was very reasonable.

The whole bathroom floor was wet after a shower which wasn't ideal but not a huge problem either.

Great location but poor sound isolation

The apartment’s location is excellent, bus and subway stations being located very close. The apartment is quite big and has all the equipment needed.

The sound isolation is really poor and with garbage trucks passing by the window at 7:00 and 8:00 everyday, it’s difficult to sleep past these times. The beds are also two single beds pushed together, which isn’t ideal. The cleaning staff also entered the apartment without knocking before checkout time…

Apartment well located but no comfort

The only big advantage of this apartment is the location which is at few meter from the metro station Christianhavn but also to some attractions. Yes, it’s noisy in the morning with cars and rubbish workers but at least it is clearly mentioned by other guests. The apartment is relatively spacious and clean ! The apartment has a self check in which is nice!

- Room: Visibility from neighbors from both sides. If natural light —> no intimacy. Old mattress —> back pain the day after - Kitchen: do not expect to do the big cooking (micro-fridge, toaster almost broken, etc) - Bathroom: take a shower with a slip or do pee at 3 am with the light off otherwise the neighbors will watch you Micro-sink almost blocked which is disgusting.

Wonderful!! Lovelyyyy!

It’s simple and uncomplicated in the best way — I felt like home, very comfortable. It‘s a beautiful room with lots of space, all i needed was there. And when I forgot something in the apartment they were very kind and helped me to get it back :).

It didn‘t bother me enough to mention it ;)

Excellent location

Location was great. Very close to the metro and two supermarkets close by. The self check in was convenient as I landed at midnight and did not have any issues.

The shower head is hooked about a meter from the ground and makes it difficult for an adult. Installing a hook higher up will make a big difference. Additionally, there is a single flight of narrow stairs to get in which can be difficult but manageable.

Disappointed

The location is great. You can find everything nearby.

We stayed in the apartment for four nights and overall the experience was mixed. While the space itself has potential, there were several issues that should be addressed. The most serious concern was the base of the door leading to the kitchen, which had several protruding nails, some more than 2 cm long. It would be very easy to injure your foot if you weren’t paying attention, so this needs urgent repair. The apartment appeared mostly clean at first glance, but there was a significant amount of dust under the bed, and the kitchen vent was so full of dust that it was nearly blocked. This gave the impression that the apartment hadn’t received a thorough cleaning in quite some time. Regarding the bed, it is not a king-size as advertised. Instead, it consists of two single beds placed side by side, and they separate very easily during the night. This made sleeping uncomfortable and definitely needs to be corrected or properly secured. The hairdryer handle was cracked and felt fragile, so it may not last much longer. Additionally, both the detergent and hand-washing gel bottles were completely empty, and we had to purchase new ones. For short stays, this is an unnecessary inconvenience. The mini fridge had a large block of ice built up inside, which was melting and leaking onto the kitchen floor. The table lamp in the living room was dirty and didn’t work. The WiFi connection was unstable as well, making it unreliable for consistent use. Finally, the bathroom setup, with the shower not separated from the rest of the space, made the experience uncomfortable. After showering, the entire bathroom floor became wet, which meant that you would get your feet or shoes wet every time you entered afterward.

Two separate beds that tend to move away from eachother. Fine for me, I was alone. But wonder how romantic that is.

Australian couple travelling Europe.

Being an apartment in an old building and the location appealed to us. The location was spot on, we were in apartment 8 and looking down onto the street and surrounding historical buildings was perfect. The property has adequate heating and is warm. The bed was spacious and comfortable although the pillows were a little low. Be aware that you should travel lightly as the stairs are narrow and not friendly to big heavy suitcases. We are travelling Europe by car and the street parking is very expensive, hard to find and no parking houses. We did enjoy our Copenhagen stay.

The property wasn’t cleaned to standard. The kitchen had a broken glass cooktop(although it worked) food from previous guests left in the fridge. Cookware and utensils substandard, the cutlery was missing spoons for cereal and soup. Lights in kitchen not working. If the hosts cleaned, replaced the kitchen utensils and added an extra pillow to the bed and comfortable chair, this property would tick all the boxes.

City apartment

The location is ideal for exploring the city, plus it is in a charming area, 5 minutes walk from the Metro. It is very practical and well appointed. 5 minute walk to the canal and a grocery store. I was there for a week and it felt like a little home away from home.

It's noisy for sure but typical for any city based stay. Bathroom is a wet room but not too bad ( better than sharing as in a hostel)

A great experience all together.

The location was amazing. We attended a swimming event, and were able to walk to that. We mostly walk everywhere, and Christianshavn is so lovely. The courtyard was so peaceful, and a really nice surprise.

A couple of comfy chairs to relax in the flat in addition to the bed, but not sure they could fit in, but the apartment was, really nice and clean, and had everything we needed. The extra chairs/sofa would just have been a bonus.

Authentic style apt close to major sites

Located within walking distance-close to metro. Able to open windows in bedroom and kitchen to get airflow. We had the slightly smaller apt (two window bedroom) on 3rd floor but worked out fine. Good communications and checkin instructions. About 2blocks from metro-head in direction of statute on bridge. There is a market in the metro plaza and a bakery across from the metro (handy to know)

I would have loved the 3-window units on 1st or 2nd floor just to be able to get around the bed a little easier, but really was a nice apt overall

Lovely central apartment

Loved the location. It felt central, super easy arriving from the airport by metro. Close walking distance to shop, bakery and lots of nice places for dinner. Also near some nice swim spots. Perfectly set out with some storage, a little kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for two people spending a week in Copenhagen. Would recommend

The apartment holds heat when it’s sunny and there’s no air con. In order to have air flow from the windows the shutters also have to be open meaning it’s bright in the room at night. Easily rectified with an eye mask, and this was our only negative, but something worth noting.

The location is amazing, there's so much to do just around the neighborhood. Very well connected with the metro and buses as well.

Good location and nice cleaners who came back when the room wasn't ready.

I was surprised about the shower area. I didn't realise there wasn't a cubicle and so the water went all over the bathroom. I also felt that it was very expensive for what it was but maybe it's just because CPH is an expensive town! I also had to change rooms because I couldn't book for 5 nights, not sure how the system works. It was fine in the end but I would have appreciated a reply to my request to change the booking. The contact person was helpful in moving my bags while I was out.

Unfortunately, our experience was not as expected

The photos and room descriptions for the apartment were accurate, and the self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is excellent!

***The apartment was far from properly cleaned. There was a significant amount of dust and hair all over. Especially under the bed, along with paper tissues/napkins. Not the kind you associate with a cold, but rather from someone’s jerking off. **DISGUSTING, AND HIGHLY UNHYGENIC** The kitchen cabinets showed signs of grease and grime from previous guests’ cooking ***There are smoke detectors and sprinkler system in the building, but no exit signs, escape routes, or fire extinguishers. Jump out of the window from 4th floor? As we were staying on the top floor/loft, this raised serious concerns about fire safety. This violates fire safety regulations, and should possibly be reported. ***It is misleading that the description from the owners states: “large double bed” -when in fact it was two narrow single beds pushed together. The owner claims this is completely normal…?

This was a very comfortable apartment, and the hosts were very responsive. We loved the location, and the little courtyard out back is a bonus.

De heel lage krukjes ipv stoelen en heel klein tafeltje. De parkeersituatie: duur, weinig plek, weinig info op parkeermeters in het Engels. Veel parkeerapps werken niet met Nederlandse creditcards en ondanks alle moeite om het goed te doen toch twee parkeerboetes 😬 Als je langer bent dan 1.80 stoot je makkelijk je hoofd bij de deur naar de keuken en de badkamer!

Tolle Lage. 12 Geh-Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt, U-Bahn Station gibt es auch gleich um die Ecke. Einen schönen Innenhof gäbe es auch nur war es zu unserem Aufenthalt zu kalt. Große Küche. Unterkunft hatte dänisches Flair.

Wir waren im Erdgeschoss gleich bei der Eingangstür, leider hat man alles vom Gang gehört. Täglich fährt der Müllwagen um 7 Uhr vorbei, weswegen man dann nur mehr schwer einschlafen kann. Man hört alles von der Straße.

L’appartement est très bien placé. Tout est accessible à pied. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour ! L’appartement est très bien équipé et la literie est confortable ! Tout était fonctionnel.

Zentral gelegen, charmante Altbauwohnung und für mehrere Tage geeignet

Die zentrale Lage ist überragend überall in der Innenstadt hinzukommen. Ob zu Fuß oder Bus oder mit der Metro. Besser geht es kaum. Hans ist ein Café liegt gegenüber, bei dem man feinen Kaffee, Croissants und anderes zum Fruehstueck findet. Die Abwicklung ging präzise und reibungslos. In der Nähe hat es viele Cafés und auch für Kopenhagen günstige oder auch sehr feine Restaurants, die manchmal auch Cafés genannt werden. Z.B. Wilder oder Santa Anna 8. Die Wohnung hatte eine gute Ausstattung.

Die Fenster sind wie oft bei aelteren Gebäuden nur einfach verglast und die Zimmer zur Straße hellhörig. Ist einfach so. Dafür war es im Haus sehr ruhig.

Апартаменты в старинном доме, но со всеми удобствами. Находится на очень красивой улице и в интересном районе. На кухне есть плита, кастрюли, сковородки и всё что бы что то приготовить. В ванной есть туалетный принадлежности и фен(слабенький). Дом близко к станции метро, но и пешком до центра не далеко. Рядом отличный супермаркет и несколько кафе на любой кошелёк. В пешей доступности Христиания.

Мне не понравился очень высокий стол и стулья. Один стул был сломан. У жены рост 163 см и ей было трудно на него забираться. А если человек ещё ниже?

Fijn appartement, ruim genoeg en lekker warm bij aankomst. Dichtbij de metro en een supermarkt en lekkere ontbijt mogelijkheden. Aanrader; de wok in de buurt als je even je appartement niet meer uit wilt! Genoeg handdoeken, thee en vaatdoekje voor 4 dagen!

De douche is een wonderlijke constructie maar voldoet prima als je er beetje rekening houdt, bedden zijn voor ons wat aan de zachte kant!
