Fantastic location in the city centre close to many attractions and the metro. The layout worked well for 3 people as the living room has a comfortable sofa bed and privacy Loved the design aesthetic.
Confusion during check-in: Staff confirmed at time of booking that there was elevator access, and for check-in provided instructions on how to use it, when in fact there is NO elevator to this apartment. One of our group has accessibility issues, which caused significant issues for us.

Flat was immaculate, comfy, warm, stylish, and communication was great
Pre check in… ie getting the code do key safe was convoluted…..download a pdf, to then register a different website to then download more info…. That didn’t work. Ended up having to email direct to get info before getting my flight…. I’d prefer to have all info before flying to anew country
