Superb location, hostess and apt

Ann-Kathrin was so kind. We got lost on the way to our meeting point and she had to wait 40 minutes for us! She was very kind about the whole thing. She helped us bring our luggage to the apartment then came back to show us where to park. She had set the apartment up with many small inviting things like water bottles and candies on the pillow. The location was wonderful. The apartment was very comfortable. The couch was a recliner! There were cozy blankets. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. There are too many good things to say! Thank you so much Ann-Kathrin!

Charming and very comfortable... simply perfect!

The apartment is very comfortable, wonderfully equipped but first and foremost, it has a special charm due to it's historic character. The host Ann-Kathrine is super nice and responsive. We couldn't recommend it enough.

Everything perfect. Old building in historic centre but modern inside. Nice view from windows into the local streets. A lot of space in the room, kitchen equiped with everything. Pleasant friendly host Ann-Kathrine.

The perfect apartment in the best location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Dinan is beautiful with great dining, shopping, medieval history and surrounded by natural beauty. The apartment is in the perfect location for walking everywhere and is just stunning. The attention to detail made us feel welcome and comfortable, with the perfect blend of old and new. The decor has a wonderful ambiance and all the comforts we needed. It is open and bright, clean, comfortable and charming. And those windows! Fabulous. Ann-Kathrin was very responsive and helpful and has done a beautiful job of creating a space we look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the historic town

This was a beautifully furnished cosy apartment right in the historic centre of Dinan. We had a very warm welcome from Ann-Kathrin and access to a secure parking space a few minutes away. We stayed in a wet weekend in December but the apartment was always warm. The bed was cosy and comfortable and we slept really well. There was plenty of hot water for showers. There was an excellent TV with access to Netflix etc.

The host Ann-Kathrin is a so nice cool person. She is available, very kind. The apartment is unique, really beautiful. Fully equipped comfort, 100% clean. And many cutest details (local sweets, cidre, Dinan photography book.. and Ann-Kathrin’s tour info bible!) We spent truly lovely time in Dinan
