Great place to stay. We will definitely return to Dinan.

Perfect location right in the heart of Dinan. Only a 2 minute walk from nearest car park which with a token from Perlampille meant we only paid €12.00 for 48 hours.

The only downside is (unlike in a hotel) your room doesn’t get cleaned until you leave. It’s nice to have your bed made and a quick clean up whilst you’re on holiday I think.

The location and the staff were wonderful. The apartment was large, had a nice bathroom and decent kitchen.

The bed was very soft and the furniture a bit more worn than expected, even for older furniture.

Perfect location to explore medieval fairy-tale town Dinan as well as Mont St. Michel and St. Malo

I had searched for a location as a basis to explore Mont St. Michel and was attracted by Dinan - what a hidden gem! We had a wonderful time at the Perlépampille right in the heart of picturesque medieval town of Dinan. Thanks to Nathalie even parking in the historical center next to the accomodation was easy. We enjoyed the beautiful apartment called "L'Ecrin" which means jewel case. That says it all! The views over the roofs of this fairy-tale town are stunning, both for sunrise and sunset over. A very quiet and cozy place too. Highly recommended!

If there was one thing that I would change then I would prefer having separate duvets rather than the French-style one duvet. But that's a general problem as a German travelling in France. 😀 Unfortunately, the tea house was closed during our stay. This place was one of the reasons why I selected to stay at Perlépampille. Looked so beautiful! So we definitely have to return to Perlépampille! Merci Nathalie and team!

Loved the location, Dinan itself, and the surrounding area. The apartment was comfortable for two

Location is excellent, literally in the centre of the old town, in a lovely square. Everywhere is very accessible. There is a Boulangerie within 20mtrs for your daily baguette. There are lovely places to visit within 30-40mins drive. The port of Dinan is well worth the walk. Once I had the car-park ticket, then parking was good & secure. We were lucky enough to have a small band play outside in the square, during early evening...it was lovely! Nathalie & Harry were lovely hosts

We arrived on market day, so all the local roads were closed, so GPS was totally confused. You need to park up near the car-park, to walk to apartment to pick up carpark ticket. I guess if I had arrived on a non-market day, then I could have parked closer to apartment to carry all luggage. Wi-Fi was so slow, it would not work in the apartment Bed is not as wide as a King-size

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Dinan. Room was very nice and comfortable. Harry and Natalie were fabulous hosts.

No drawers anywhere in the apartment, had to leave underwear etc in suitcase. Wardrobe perhaps too small for 2 people for 1 week stay. Would have been nice to access the garden outside of the opening hours of the attached cafe/shop.

Our stay at Perlepampile was one of our favorite things about Dinan.

The location was central and in a lovely part of the historical center. The apartment was spacious with nice views out the windows and decorated beautifully. The staff were very kind and helpful. We felt very welcome. And the easy parking in the garage was essential for us.

Serene comfort in the heart of the quaint historic town of Dinan

The location is simply divine and the apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated with an amazing view of old town Dinan. Nathalie was a wonderful host who was attentive and gracious. It was peaceful and quiet. The only noise that could be heard was the lovely chiming of the clock tower bells.

The bathroom has a lot of tiling issues and could do with some repair work.

The instructions for arrival and parking whilst collecting the keys were not very clear. They should give the name of the car park where you pull up, so it is clear for sat navs, and then explain that you go to the property, obtain a card for the car park and then enter and park in the car park for free.

We booked a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor . While it was spacious and beautifully decorated , it was very dark … Parking is very close by , not onsite , and Google maps tried to direct us up one way streets !

Truly magical! It’s right in the middle of everything. Our family of 5 enjoyed the back garden and hearing harp music from our front windows. My son said the pull out couch was the more comfortable bed he’d ever slept in :)

The location was great and the rooms very spacious with a good refrigerator and a proper small kitchen. The house is a very historic town house with great charm and is right in the old walled town of Dinan.

The car parking is a little way off - you cannot drive to the property at all. The terrace and garden exist but are part of a separate tea shop/ restaurant business and cannot really be used by house guests. The rooms are not serviced daily which is ok for privacy but it was implied we should take our own rubbish out somewhere - not sure where. Also we were charged a cleaning fee (an AirBnb type charge) which I thought was a ripoff given we were paying over Euro 170 per night.

A characterful stay in the centre of historic Dinan

Perfectly located in the centre of the historic centre of Dinan this characterful property is a delight The Apartment (we stayed in the duplex) is a generous size, well equipped and with a great bathroom. Views over two sides of the old town. Excellent free parking is provided in a nearby limited access multi-storey - park first in Place Duguesclin and walk up to the property to check in and obtain the parking access card from your host. Highly recommended. Recommended restaurants: Restaurant La Courtine, Rue Croix and Le Cantorbery, Rue Sainte-Claire.

A little more information on the outside space would have been useful. There isn't any private area and the café is open to the public during the day.
