8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
A wonderful historic house right in the centre of the beautiful town of Dinan. Excellent for exploring the town. A friendly host and although we were in the attics room, with quite a few stairs to climb, the room was perfect for us. Parking was nearby in an underground car park and easily arranged with the host.
Only that the tea rooms which are part of the property and looked lovely were closed. So please check their opening times.

It is a lovely spacious apartment in the centre of Dinan. Comfy bed & good shower.
The cleanliness - only noticed as I had to retrieve something from under the bed - it was seriously dusty. We would have liked an oven to make self catering easier.

Okay,
Nothing really just okay

Location of the place is good, they offer parking spot in the public garage for an additional fee.
Place is authentic but a little tight (almost claustrophobic) - it’s loud during the night because of the crows. The smell in the stairwell is quite strong.
