Ann-Katherin (owner) couldn’t have been more helpful or nicer. The apartment was conveniently located in the ultra charming downtown area, everything walkable. It was roomy, very comfortable and loaded with modern conveniences such as a washer- dryer and dishwasher. The building was historic and like living in a fairy tale! We loved our stay in Dinan.

I would highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone! It was charming, very well equipped and in an excellent location to take advantage of the historic area of Dinan. Ann-Kathrin was a terrific host who went above and beyond to be helpful and we so enjoyed meeting her. We loved everything about our stay there!

A wonderful apartment, beautifully renovated to the highest standards, right in the centre of the old town. Walk out the front door and you feel that you are in 16th century Dinan. Everything you would want - boulangeries, creperies, shops, historic buildings all just 5 or 10 minutes walk away. Ann-Kathrin, our host, gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. Secure parking just 5 minutes walk from the apartment was much appreciated. Happy to highly recommend this fantastic property.
