Perfect location for exploring Dinan.

This was a lovely, old top floor apartment with views over old, historic Dinan. The street was clean and quiet. There's a lovely little bar - Timbale 40 meters away. Cars can't be parked at the property but Nathalie provided good locations nearby where we could park the car.

There was nothing that we didn't like, however the 3 flights of spiral stairs to get to the apartment were steep and so this appartment would not be suitable for someone with mobility issues

Location excellent in old town

The staircase is very steep and would not suit older folks, but didn't bother us. Also, The sofa bed was a little tricky to use and we struggled a bit with it

Well equipped and relatively spacious apartment. Pleasant furnishings.

Good location and value for money

Great location in the centre of the old town meant we could walk everywhere. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and with good water pressure. Kitchen was well equipped. The owner also provided some snacks (sweets and madeleines) which was a nice touch.

The building is in a no car zone but we were able to park a few minutes away just outside the zone. The curtains in the living room were slightly too small for the window which meant sleeping on the sofa bed was out of the question (bedroom was nice and dark thanks to shutters).

L'appartement était sale, poubelles non vidées, pas de siphon dans la salle de bain, prise électriques décollées et dangereuses. Cloison très fines et bruits d'ébats amoureux intempestifs.

La ubicación y el detalle de cosas para desayunar.

Suciedad tras el sofá, colchón del sofá viejo y sucio, sabanas viejas y rotas, cortina de baño rota y con moho. Estuvimos en la planta baja. El extractor de la cocina no tenía ni botones

No recomendable. Lo único bueno la situación.

La localización, pero no hay posibilidad de dejar el coche a no ser q sea de pago.

La escalera de caracol de acceso. El sofa cama es imposible de abrir, y no hay instrucciones que te expliquen como abrirlo. A mi hija la picó un mosquito por la noche y al día siguiente tenía todo el párpado inflamado. Realmente es una buhardilla. No tiene microondas.

Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro a Dinan ma in posizione silenziosa. Appartamento bello, spazioso e dotato di tutto; l'host gentile e disponibile, ci ha lasciato anche biscotti e dolcetti per le colazioni.

Il letto matrimoniale era un po' piccolo e in due ci stavamo strettini. Il divano letto non era preparato, l'ho aperto e preparato io... ed era piuttosto scomodo e cigolante.

War in Dinan das teuerste Angebot. War es und wert nach dessen Selbstdarstellung. Der absolute Flop. Finger davonlassen!

Wenig

Schimmel im Bad an Fugen, Wänden, Boden. Bad (sehr klein und beengt) und Schlafzimmer minimalistisch ausgestattet. Im Bad Schutz in allen Ecken und Übergängen. Flur total verdreckt, der laut Homepage malerische Innenhof von Unkraut überwuchert und von Kippen übersät. Überzüge auf den Sofakissen verbergen Altschmutz, sind aber selbst wieder mit Flecken und Löchern verziert. Verschraubung am Auslöser des WC-Spülkastens lose - steht 2 cm in die Höhe und wackelt vor sich hin. Duschvorhang billigste PVC-Ausführung. Oben bereits ausgerissen. Geschirr und Besteck ebenfalls schmutzig. Vermieter lässt sich weder bei Ankunft noch bei Abfahrt blicken - aus gutem Grund.

Bien placé et aménagé

La situation, la décoration, la disposition, la cour qui nous a été autorisée pour mettre nos vélos, la facilité des échanges avec la propriétaire, les capsules de cafés et petits gâteaux.

La literie. Le canapé lit dans l'appartement du 1er étage était vraiment léger et apparemment le lit de la chambre dans laquelle dormaient nos amis n'etaient pas tres confortable non-plus. Les draps étaient vieux (légèrement déchirés), propres mais avec une odeur désagréable (tabac froid? renfermé ?).

Todo. La ubicación, en todo el casco histórico. Los detalles: bombones, bollitos, café, azúcar, infusiones... La decoración, precioso todo. 💖 Ropa de cama, baño, limpieza. La WiFi bien indicada. Las recomendaciones de creperies y cosas que ver/hacer. La casa es perfecta, y para recomendar a cualquiera que venga a Dinan. Ojalá y hubiéramos estado más días. Para la próxima. Los anfitriones enseguida te contactan ante cualquier duda o problema.

Apartamento precioso y muy cómodo en la ubicación perfecta

Apartamento precioso, todo cuidado al detalle, muy limpio y con muchas cosas para poder utilizar. La ubicación es magnífica, en una de las principales calles del pueblo. Además, se agradece mucho el dossier con recomendaciones sobre Dinan y alrededores que los huéspedes dejan para leer.

La única pega que podría poner es que faltaban algunos utensilios en la cocina, como unas tijeras, pero todo está excepcional.
