Comfortable stay in central location in Dinan.

Central location, tasteful and cozy decorated accomodation, welcome and support from owner ( asked about any specific needs several days before arrival date, offered to provide raclette grill for our stay, found a brand new one at our arrival ( but we needed to search a bit befire we found it; my husband was about to give up when I hit luck)

Bedroom: in built wardrobes (+), but only small space between wardrobes and bed, difficult to circulate on that side if the bed; better to have bed linen, bath towels in one cupboard instead of storing them here and there accross all wardrobes. No place foreseen to store luggage. Kitchen: well equipped, but only one ( not sharp) cutting knive, defect tin-opener. I am sure the owner would have accomodated us, but we did not want to bother over the holidays.

Dinan is a great base for exploring the Northern coastline of Brittany. Amazing historical area, and lovely Rance river

Bright and comfortable apartment close to everything in this charming town. One of the best bakeries we encountered in France is 2 doors along! Communication with the host was excellent - including clearing up a misunderstanding with check in via one phone call.

Nothing. It is close to bars open late at night, but the French doors have incredible seals and sound reducing properties. Just to know it may not be completely peaceful if sleeping on the fold out couch, rather than the bedroom.

Vaste appartement lumineux en plein centre très calme

Emplacement idyllique, en plein centre. On peut tout faire à pied. L'appartement malgré un 1er étage est très lumineux avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Nous avons apprécié la pièce de vie très spacieuse . La chambre donne au calme sur cours. Confortable et agréable, il a été fait un bel effort sur l'agencement. L'appartement est bien équipé. Et des petites attentions (bonbons et gateaux) pour l'heure du thé nous attendaient. Mention très spéciale car nous avons été accueillis sans problème avec nos 2 labradors.

Parce qu'il y a toujours des petites améliorations à apporter : nous aurions apprécié une enceinte bluetooth. La machine à café Nespresso fait de supers cafés. Dommage qu'il s'agisse des capsules qui ne se trouvent pas si facilement dans les commerces. Nous avons toutefois apprécié que vous en mettiez quelques unes à disposition.

Appartamento scenografico nel centro di Dinan.

Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, a pochi passi dal bel centro storico di Dinan. Sito al primo piano di un edificio di due piani, oltre al piano terra (scala in legno, senza ascensore). Dotato di una camera da letto, dal bagno, e da una grande area living con angolo cottura, arredata con gusto e dal notevole impatto scenico. Nell'angolo cottura presenti anche la macchina per il caffè, con le cialde, ed il forno a microonde. Pavimento a parquet. Vicino al centro storico, con sotto casa un'ottima boulangerie pasticceria; di fronte è presente un Carrefour, aperto dalle 7 alle 22. Comodo a tutte le attività commerciali di Dinan. Parcheggio a pagamento in un'area dietro l'edifcio. .

Divano letto molto bello, ma un po' scomodo in configurazione notturna. Nel bagno cieco manca la presa d'aspirazione, per il ricambio d'aria. Inoltre, il lavandino del bagno scaricava l'acqua molto lentamente. Presente il Sanitrit, rumoroso, specialmente di sera, quando il rumore di fondo è più basso. Infine, per prendere la chiavi ci è voluta una specie di caccia al tesoro.

Zentrale Lage mit ruhigem Schlafzimmer zum Hof

Unkomplizierter Check in, sehr schöne zentrale Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig zu schlafen, da das Zimmer nach hinten raus ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Saubere Unterkunft in guter Lage mit freundlichem Personal. Aufzug vorhanden.

Eigener, kostenpflichtiger abgeschlossener Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Aufzug. Die Zimmer und das geräumige Bad waren sauber. Es hab einen Wasserkocher mit kleinem Kaffee- und Teeangebot. Toller Park ca. 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt.

Das Zimmer war sehr warm. Lüften ging nachts nur auf Kosten der Lautstärke von der großen Straßenkreuzung vor dem Hotel. Das Bett war sehr schmal und zu weich.

Je déconseille ! A fuir

Je suis arrivée tard avec mes enfants on ouvre la boîte à clefs et aucune clef dedans! J appelle la propriétaire qui me dis que c est d autres locataires qui ont prit nos clefs et qu il fallait que j attende avec mes enfants qu ils nous rapporte les clefs! En plus très désagréable au téléphone ! Comme si c était normal… l appartement est magnifique ça rien a dire et très fonctionnel mais il faut pas prévoir de dormir …. C est impossible . C est comme si votre lit était au milieu de la rue ….entre les voitures les Klaxons les nombreux bars à côtés, les voisins du dessus… l appartement est absolument pas isolé . Je déconseille fortement .
