A lovely historic stay in the heart of beautiful Dinan

you really can't beat this location - it's right in the heart of everything and such a beautiful historic building but modern inside. really loved it

There are steep stairs to get to the apartment which may not suit some and I really didn't like the stairs to the second bedroom in the eves - I definitely would not recommend for elderly visitors needing a second room (downstairs bedroom is fine as they are narrow, steep and a bit wobbly!

Right in the middle of the historic center

It was an interesting stay, the facilities in the kitchen were complete, there was complimentary candy, the location was right in the middle of the old city

The apartment is inaccessible by car, the parking lot was a short walk away and we had to bring our luggages with us, the 2nd room is accessible by a steep staircase, it wasn't convenient to go up and down at night, and there is no elevator for this apartment, so its not ideal for travellers with heavy luggages

The most amazing place I’ve ever seen.

What an amazing place, I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like it. I felt I was living in medieval times but with all the modern conveniences.

The only thing I would say is that the top bedroom has a tricky staircase to get to it which some may find a little challenging.

Beautiful historical home in an amazing Medieval town

The location was exceptional, in the heart of a medieval town, with windows that opened on the serfs below. The intricate windows and the structural wooden beams gave the living room such an incredible vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and in your beautiful historic town.

dissapointing as a lot of things didnt work and should have been sorted out before we arrived

there was a lot of hot water and we were in the centre of an interesting historic area full of shops and places to visit which was delightful- but we could have had these from several other properties and we wished we had booked another one. Sorry to be critical but I felt very upset about all the things that should have been sorted out before we arrived.

Nothing worked - neither TV worked, the heaters didnt work so the apartment was cold in the morning; we had a lot of difficulty sorting out the parking which went with the apartment and the wifi; the shower room smelt so badly we couldnt use it. (damp smell). The hosts did assist with the wifi and bring the parking ticket to us, but . . . and there was a nice bathroom upstairs. There were only 2 of us in this large apartment for 6 so we had alot of space so all of this didnt was manageable but we shouldnt have had to manage it, we were on holiday. If there were 6 this would have been even more upsetting, We wish our hosts well and that this is useful, kind regards,

central spacious Appartement with two complete showers plus bathrooms

well: linens , towels and bathrooms plus showers are definitely clean however more cleaning effort should be put into the house itself and the kitchen utensils. not very nice to find a dirty wine glass and the house at a glance looks clean but soon you realize the job is barely done

Location is great.

The flat is a bit run down; the entrance through an ugly backyard; has not seen an in-depth cleaning for a while (spider webs etc); communication really, really poor; too expensive for three.

There are a lot of narrow stairs and we were unable to bring out bags up to the place because of the steep stairs. And there are so so many of them The host was extremely unresponsive

THe place is fantastic! THough it was just my wife and I, this place would be perfect for a family as there is a ton of space nad beds. The locations is great right in Dinan and Dinan is a wonderful quaint old city. Thanks for a lovely stay.

You are staying right in the middle of Dinan and the morning traffic (people not cars) is a bit loud, but nothing the host could do about this and this is part of the quaintness of being in a pedestrian old city.

Very nice apartment, recommend for a family or two couples

Well equipped second floor apartment in the heart of Dinan old town. Inside there is a salon and a bedroom on the same floor, another salon is higher on the floor and a second bedroom is higher up the stairs. Important - the card for the city parking was inside the apartment, so we first entered the apartment and then parked the car in the parking lot 5 minutes away. Very nice apartment, recommend for a family or two couples.

One of the top 3 of the year 2020/2021

Clean, cosy, confortable, everything you could want in a place to rent and everything you could need... NO SWIMMING pool and sauna of course but everything apart from that is near.... Definetly will be back... Peace be with you All

No great views through the windows apart if you wanna know what the neighbours are up to 😉😁 No Air conditioning... Sometimes i felt too hot in the apartment I think it's good for winter but for. Summer u can not stay in there all day... That's about it...

Amazing experience

The location, communication, flexibility with check-in check-out due to a lockbox. We felt privileged to stay in such a gorgeous historic building. The place is enormous with 2 living rooms, 2 toilets, 2 shower/bath that we didn't even use much of the space. Great water pressure in the shower.

Communicating a set location as to the best place to drive to to pick up the parking pass to then easily park in the Historic garage would have been a helpful to start our stay.

la conciergerie laisse a désirer ..... impossible d'envoyer un mail en réponse au mail reçu ..... envoyé un SMS , jamais reçu de réponse .... essayé de téléphoner au numéro fourni sans réponse , ai donc essayé de laisser un message : impossible car la messagerie est pleine ..... Nous n'avons donc eu aucun contact avec la concierge pendant tout notre séjour . il nous a été demandé de laisser le coin cuisine propre ; nous l'avons laissé effectivement plus propre que nous l'avons trouvé ! La concierge devrait vérifier que du papier hygiénique est déposé dans les wc , Le palier était très sale ..... nous aurions aimé payer plus cher mais que l'appartement soit plus soigné!
