Very clean and nice property. Excellent location.

Very good location as it was easy to park and easy access to the town and the highway. The property is very spacious and suited for families.

The towels were a little rough, and we had to make our own beds which was a little challenging since we were tired after a long day of driving. Also, we had to bring our own toilet paper and trash bags. Not a problem, but I was not prepared for that.

An “unforgettable” vacation house

Quiet Neighborhood

I think towel and linen should be provided with the price. Even Shampoo and Soap is not provided. I stayed in many apartments for rent and this is the first time we have to pay extra. And they even charge for cleaning fee. Also the operator forgot to close the window and it rain. One section of the bedroom gets flooded and very wet. I have to mop the floors, wipe the bed frame, dry the bed with hair dryer. Cant use the blanket and bed cover, too wet and takes too long to dry. The request to ask for new sheet is not responded by the operator. What should be a vacation becomes a house cleaning task.

The downstair bed room has very strong mold smell that stays with our clothes in our suitcase. The cleaning policy was not clearly provided in our booking at booking.com, but listed in the room. The towels were hard and not well washed particularly those white towels with clearly dirty marks. We understand these are Airbnb quality of cleanses standard, which is lower than hotels

I liked everything - I will stay there again the next time I’m in France hopefully. but just to let people know, the owner sent me a message a couple of days before to explain that if we wanted towels and bedding it would be extra but unfortunately I didn’t pick up the email because we were in deepest darkest France with really poor connectivity so just to let people know that there is an additional charge.

The oven- awkwardly situated on top of the fridge. The mattresses and pillows were too soft so unsupportive If staying a while and self catering fully the facilities are limiting.

The location was perfect for the early morning ferry (only 10mins drive away). The hosts were there to meet us all and couldn't have been nicer, explaining all in detail and where we might find a supermarket and food (as we arrived late afternoon on a Sunday). The kids enjoyed having an upstairs room (with their own bathroom) all to themselves.

There was a charge for linen and towels, which I don't recall being clear when I booked at 7.50 Euros per person.

Logement IKEA sans charme mais répondant à notre besoin de dormir en famille

L’appartement était globalement propre (mise à part des draps tachés dans la chambre des enfants).

C’est un appartement IKEA (meubles, étagères, ustensiles cuisines, cadre, enfin bref tout)…. Tout est assez tendance en look mais rien de qualitatif. Les draps d’un lit étaient tachés (idem pour une serviette de bain). Par exemple, les canapés ou fauteuils sont modernes et neufs, mais malheureusement la 1ere gamme IKEA n’offre aucun confort. Par ailleurs, le chauffage semblait coupé en journée. Nous avons eu froid en journée . Il manque de l’aération dans les pièces pour éviter l’humidité. Sans charme à cette saison globalement

Nous avons apprécié la terrasse, très agréable, l'emplacement très calme et la facilité à se garer devant la maison, dans une impasse. La très grande chambre à l'étage et les deux salles d'eau sont des plus.

La maison est très humide, malgré le beau temps et malgré les efforts de la propriétaire, cela se sent. Les portes et fenêtres sont tachées de noir. Il y a aussi des traces sur certains murs. Le tiroir à couverts était très sale. Je l'ai vidé entièrement en arrivant, pour le nettoyer. Pareil pour le lave-vaisselle. J'ai enlevé 2 cuil à soupe de saleté vers les joints et j'ai même trouvé un mégot dedans. Les joints de la douche dans la salle d'eau du bas étaient noirs. Avec ma fille, nous avons fait 1h30 à 2 h de ménage en arrivant. Vu le prix, je m'attendais à un logement impeccable. Il manque aussi un placard dans la pièce de vie pour ranger nos propres affaires, les courses...

Buen Alojamiento para reocrrer la zona de Saint-Malo y alrededores

El alojamiento es muy acogedor, las camas cómodas y todo tipo de utensilios para la cocina, la zona del TV muy acogedora. Lo usamos como campamento base para visitar Monte Sant-Michel, Cancale, Saint-Malo, Dinan y Dinar. Está en una zona residencial y puedes aparcar el coche perfectamente delante del alojamiento, es una planta baja con lo que para acceder no hay escaleras.

Todo muy bien en general, creo que los servicios de sábanas, toallas y limpieza deberían de entrar en el precio que ya tiene el apartamento, pero te lo dicen muy claro con lo que puedes decidir que hacer una vez coges el alojamiento, son claros en ese sentido.

Parfait pour nos vacances en famille !

Le gîte est parfait pour des vacances en famille ! Très propre, bien équipé et très bien situé. Nous avons pu visiter St Malo, Cancal et Dinard. Visite à l'aquarium de St Malo et balade à poney au magnifique parc de la Briantaise grâce au poney club de St Malo 😉 A proximité du Mont St Michel pour une visite qui viendra marquer la fin de nos vacances. Si nous étions amenés à revenir dans la region, nous reviendrons sans hésiter au gîte de la Briantaise 😊

Rien à dire, tout était à notre convenance.
