"A well kept small house within walking distance of Dinard amenities (about 20 minutes' walk) but in a quiet residential area near the 'Barrage'. Small sandy beach a few hundred meters away not suitable for swimming but larger sandy beaches in Dinard have good facilities. Supermarkets and facilities 2km in Dinard and La Richardais or about the same distance away on the main road. No local shops but there is a creperie close by and a hotel/restaurant.
The house is well equipped with a little garden in which children can enjoy themselves or to take the sun.
Furnishings are comfortable. Decking outside was due some repair when we visited but was usable. Sat TV (mainly French channels), DVD player, Broadband and wifi were all useful. There is a restriction on downloads through the broadband/wifi, though, so not allowed to download videos or stream anything etc. Kitchen has all necessary equipment and all necessary cleaning equipment etc provided with the rent.
Roselynne was very helpful and the arrangements for handover of keys worked well. We had her phone number in case we needed help but we did not need to use it. There is a dossier of house and tourist information which proved very useful.
We enjoyed our stay and recommend this house to anyone wishing to holiday near St Malo/Dinard."

We felt very secure in this peaceful location with its fabulous outside garden and decked area. It was well located to explore the surrounding area. "This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at La Richardais and even though the weather was moderate we had a great time. The accommodation is lovely, scrupiously clean and extremely modern.There is a lovely garden with decking and chairs to stretch out on. Everything is secluded and very quiet and peaceful with easy access to Dinard,shopping in St. Malo, and Dinan. Rennes is not far away. Coastal walks are lovely too. Mr and mrs Verriere speak very good English and are extremely helpful with bookings. Our friends stayed here earlier this year and enjoyed their visit thoroughly."

Maison très lumineuse et agréable à vivre. L'endroit est calme mais à proximité de tout. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine malgré un temps pas toujours favorable. Le GR34 a proximité, permet de rejoindre Dinard en longeant la côte et en profitant de jolis points de vue. Petit bémol sur le Wifi pas idéal pour le télétravail (semaine mix télétravail avant un long WE de 4 jours). Nous recommandons

Maison lumineuse, très agréable, avec tout le confort comme à la maison !!Proche du centre de Dinard, idéal. Environnement très calme que nous avons apprécié. Propriétaire très sympathique. Le seul petit point négatif, c'est une salle de bain et un toilette pour 6 mais il ne faut pas s'arrêter à ceci car cela est effacé par les prestations qu'offrent la maison.A réitérer les yeux fermés !!

Après nos journées bien remplies, il était agréable de se retrouver dans ce gite au calme ,très bien équipé et confortable.
Propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse. Literies confortables, serviettes de bain fournies ( cela fait de la place dans la valise .... :)
En résumé, nous n'avons pas été déçu de notre séjour et conseillons cette location à toutes personnes à la recherche d'un pied à terre pour passer ces vacances.

Nous avons beaucoup appréciés l’emplacement de la maison avec son beau jardin. Idéalement situé pour aller faire des visites ( Saint Malo, le grand aquarium, le barrage de la Rance , Dinard….) et proche de plusieurs centre commerciaux.
Juste petit bémol, il faudrait préciser dans l’annonce le calcul des charges .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison impeccable avec un joli jardin très vert. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité de l'embouchure de la Rance accessible à pieds à 200 m. Nous avons aussi apprécié l'accueil de nos hôtes présents à l'arrivée ainsi qu'à notre départ, pratique de moins en moins courante mais humainement incomparable à une "boite à clés " ! Merci à eux ! Nous les recommandons vivement ainsi que leur maison !

Nous avons apprécié la maison qui est très bien équipée ! L'emplacement et le quartier sont top, c'est très charmant et le jardin est vraiment très agréable !
Possibilité de stationner la voiture devant ! Propreté rien à redire nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
Petites suggestions tout de même : un tapis de bain dans la baignoire serait utile, de même qu'un aspirateur balais bcp plus pratique pour le ménage à l'étage et une plus grande télévision nous qui sommes amateur de films et série :)

Das Ferienhaus liegt super für jegliche Unternehmungen der Umgebung, selbst zu Fuß ist man schnell in Dinard. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etliche vorhanden, eine super Boulangerie in La Richards. Die Creperie ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Das WLAN im Objekt ist nicht gut, ansonsten ist das Ferienhaus gut ausgestattet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Woche erlebt

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem schönen roten Haus, mit Garten.
Die Schlüsselübergabe und Kaution, war ganz unkompliziert.
Frau Desevedavy und Ihre Begleitung, haben sich auch noch die Mühe gemacht, am Tag unserer Ankunft, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit anzufahren, damit wir noch Einkäufe für das Wochenende besorgen konnten. Beide haben sogar auf dem Parkplatz gewartet, bis der Einkauf erledigt war und wohlbehalten zurück zur Unterkunft begleitet – Herzlichen Dank dafür!
Die Beschreibung entspricht der Realität. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, von dort aus einige Ausflüge zu unternehmen.
Saint-Michel, war von unserer Unterkunft ca. 60 Km entfernt und gut zu erreichen. Auch Saint Malo, ist nur einige Autominuten entfernt, ca.10 Minuten und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. Eine super sortierte Küche, mit allem was benötigt wird. Eine Waschmaschine, Trockner, Staubsauger etc.
Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Und konnte sich dank Garten auch schön austoben…
Unser Fazit: Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, mit sehr netten und freundlichen Gastgebern, die bemüht sind das Urlauber sich in einer schönen Umgebung wohl fühlen. Vielen Dank

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans cette belle maison rouge avec jardin.
La remise des clés et de la caution a été très simple.
Mme Desevedavy et son compagnon ont également pris la peine de se rendre à l'épicerie la plus proche le jour de notre arrivée, afin que nous puissions faire quelques provisions pour le week-end. Tous deux ont même attendu sur le parking que les courses soient terminées et nous ont raccompagnés en toute sécurité jusqu'au logement - merci beaucoup pour cela !
La description correspond à la réalité. L'emplacement est très central, mais toujours calme. Nous avons eu l'occasion de faire quelques excursions à partir de là.
Saint-Michel, était à environ 60 km de notre hébergement et facile à atteindre. Saint Malo, est également à quelques minutes en voiture, environ 10 minutes et certainement recommandé. La maison est équipée de tout. Une cuisine super assortie, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Une machine à laver, un sèche-linge, un aspirateur, etc.
Notre chien s'est également senti très à l'aise. Et grâce au jardin, il pouvait aussi se défouler...

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour . Nous avons été très bien accueillis et je remercie encore Madame Verriere pour avoir accepté que nous soyons accompagnés de nos deux chiens. La maison très propre a notre arrivée, est idéalement placée à proximité immédiate de Dinard dans un quartier très calme au fond d une impasse et dispose d un très joli jardin arboré. Le séjour meublé et décoré avec soin est spacieux et très lumineux . La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir car nous adorons la région.

Le séjour dans la « maison rouge » s’est très bien passé ; la maison est très agréable, le quartier est très calme et bien situé pour rayonner dans la région. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en Bretagne malgré la pluie tous les jours!!!! Les imperméables ont été rentabilisés! Les environs sont très beaux :-) La maison est très bien située. La maison est bien faite, le lit parental très confortable. Nous ne sommes pas accueillis par les propriétaires directement. Et quel dommage : nous n'avons pas apprécié le manque d'hygiène (toile d’araignée, poussière, haute graisseuse qui dégouline et en cadeau une couche usagée dans la poubelle!!! )

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Unsere beiden Kinder und unser Hund haben den Garten genossen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. In ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß an einem kleinen Strand. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir können das Haus ohne Abstriche empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Das Haus ist wunderbar in der Nähe des Meeres gelegen. Ein kleiner Pfad schräg gegenüber der Strasse führt durch den Wald direkt dorthin.
Das Haus ist absolut sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten hatte eine Wiese und das Grundstück ist ringsum abgeschlossen. Ideal für unseren Hund. Die Küche ist komplett und gut eingerichtet. Es gibt sehr viele deutsche Sender im TV (ca. ab Kanal 1000). Das Haus hat zwar 6 Betten, aber wir empfehlen es für maximal 4 Personen (1Bad). Wir werden noch oft an den schönen Urlaub bei Rosalyne zurück denken.

Het is een hele mooie vakantie woning, van alle gemakken voorzien, met een grote tuin met veel privacy. De woning is groot, een grote tafel in de kamer, waar het gezellig zitten is met de familie. Mooie steden op korte afstand, en een mooie kust om langs te wandelen.
Het ligt in een doodlopend straatje in een hele rustige buurt. Wij vonden dat uitstekend.
Aardige mensen, en prima en snel contact via de mail indien noodzakelijl. Een aanrader.
