Ideally located 100 m from the coast, 5 kms from St MALO, 3 km from the center of DINARD, this house located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet residential area, comfortably accommodates 6 people. will bring you everything you need for your stay thanks to a very complete equipment: Wifi, satellite TV, dishwasher, dryer, baby equipment.
Our tenants particularly appreciate the enclosed garden and the south-facing terrace.
Access to the "GR34" customs path in 5 minutes on foot. Privileged site to discover ST MALO, Mont St Michel, the Rance valley, the Channel Islands, Dinan etc...
You can also enjoy the benefits of Thalassotherapy in DINARD or ST MALO, the Dinard golf course (18 holes), the famous Dinard market and all the water sports.

Wonderful well established house, nice owner, calm location. Perhaps a bakery to reach on a walk is missed, but with Car all needs easily to fulfill.Very beautiful original Region, definitely not our last stay at Bretagne.

Maison très lumineuse et agréable à vivre. L'endroit est calme mais à proximité de tout. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine malgré un temps pas toujours favorable. Le GR34 a proximité, permet de rejoindre Dinard en longeant la côte et en profitant de jolis points de vue. Petit bémol sur le Wifi pas idéal pour le télétravail (semaine mix télétravail avant un long WE de 4 jours). Nous recommandons

Maison lumineuse, très agréable, avec tout le confort comme à la maison !!Proche du centre de Dinard, idéal. Environnement très calme que nous avons apprécié. Propriétaire très sympathique. Le seul petit point négatif, c'est une salle de bain et un toilette pour 6 mais il ne faut pas s'arrêter à ceci car cela est effacé par les prestations qu'offrent la maison.A réitérer les yeux fermés !!

Après nos journées bien remplies, il était agréable de se retrouver dans ce gite au calme ,très bien équipé et confortable.
Propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse. Literies confortables, serviettes de bain fournies ( cela fait de la place dans la valise .... :)
En résumé, nous n'avons pas été déçu de notre séjour et conseillons cette location à toutes personnes à la recherche d'un pied à terre pour passer ces vacances.
