Great location 👌

Location was a short walk to the walled city Long stay paid parking around the corner at the station and short stay paid parking on the road outside for unloading and loading 2nd floor accommodation The kitchen is small but well-equipped, but it needs an oven cloth Note... no freezer at the top of the fridge, so don't shop for frozen produce beforehand The shower was great and had good pressure, so I enjoyed a lovely shower each day Curry opposite called Deshi was an absolutely fabulous meal - all 3 dishes very tasty and full of flavour Ferry, half an hour, walk away for trips to Jersey

Only a few small points that can easily be rectified Oven cloth needed Clearer instructions for where to put the waste at the end of the stay Bathroom sink plug hole needs a deep clean as it was dirty before our visit so the cleaner is not doing their job correctly & it needs a plunger so the water goes freely down and doesn't smell One mattress protector had marks on so these should be cleaned regularly please Key safe... why is the need for 2 safes, when 1 is only required

Neighbours. Upstairs and downstairs. We arrived to a place filled with cigarette fumes even up to inside the apartment corridor as the neighbour downstairs smokes. The neighbour upstairs always making loud noises and on Friday night, 12.50am, started to put on loud rap & disguising music until 3am!! Very inconsiderate neighbour! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY! Also, the dishwasher has broken parts, one of the dish towels has mildew smell.

Town centre and near the beach.

Ideal location near to the restaurants and beach. On street parking for our overnight stay. Very quiet. A short drive to the harbour to take the ferry to Poole the next day.

Although the beds were very good, the pillows could be more comfortable!

We found in our bedroom some forniture/equipment of the house that shouldn't be in the bedroom. The house could do a better and deep cleaning.

Nice flat in St Malo near the station. 20 mins walk to the walled town or plenty of buses if you prefer. St Malo has enormous stretches of beautiful beach so spent most of our time there.

Pleasant

This was a quick stop for us to stay in before loading onto the ferry bound for Jersey Island the next morning. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen mostly had what we needed. The part that was hard for me was that there were NO curtains or blinds on the windows and the outside street lights and signs from businesses were very bright. It made it really hard to sleep there - and in fact I don't think I did sleep while I was there!

Spacieux, agréable, sans nuisances sonores et très bien situé géographiquement entre gares et intra-muros, possibilité de rester garé dans la rue en réglant le stationnement (dégressif au cours du séjour)

Cool

C’est un bel appartement avec tout électroménagers (micron onde, fer à repasser, lis bébé à disposition, machine à laver … etc), la plage est à 10min a pied.

La propreté laisse à désirer, il n’y a pas de place de stationnement gratuite ce qui est dommage (en 5min j’ai reçu une amende le jour de mon arrivée), j’aurais aimé être tenue informé que les places de stationnement étaient payante dans la rue ainsi que dans le parking en face.

Très agréable séjour dans une ville intéressante.

Quartier plutôt commercial avec petits magasins, banques, restaurants, accès rapide au centre ville. Meubles et lits très confortables, vue agréable sur rue commerciale. Parking assez facile, transport public à 1 minute.

Les parties communes auraient besoin d'être rafraîchies et certains travaux à l'intérieur de l'appartement n'ont pas été bien faits. Il faut absolument installer un rideau ou un store dans la salle de bains! Manque d'espace de travail dans la cuisine, qui était pourtant bien équipée.

l'appartement est idéalement situer pour découvrir saint Malo à pied .il est rénové avec goût et les literies sont très confortables, très bonne insonorisation malgré une route passante .pas de nuisance

l'appartement aurait besoin d'un bon ménage de printemps en particulier la cuisine et les hauteurs de plafond.et un inventaire vaisselle serait nécessaire ;beaucoup de manques
