Cottage feel in a great location.

The location and it had Wi-Fi, parking and was a lovely cottage feel to it.

The fact we had to pay extra for sheets and towels and had to strip bed at end of stay. For the price we paid, I thought that would have been included in the original price.

squeeze the most out of the Euro.

Arriving no staff member was on site and no check in instruction was available. Upon contacting the host through the booking.com App we learned that we were directed into another address in a different building. after passing several codes which seem to be excessive we noticed a quiet uncomfortable small apartment with no toilet paper, cleaning supplier or dish soap. It gave the impression of cero hospitality but more of an „squeeze the most out of every Euro“. the place wasn’t worth the price and bathroom had mold.

the location in the neighborhood was great and the beach was nice when the tide was low.

Super weekend à Saint Malo !

Nous avons passé un super weekend à la villa Beaumaris entre amis ! L'espace était assez grand pour 6 personnes, l'emplacement était idéal, dans une rue calme et à 5 minutes de marche de la plage de Rochebonne. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit ! 😁

Un grand merci à Virginie. Une petite dame au grand coeur et tellement gentille. toujours très agréable, de bonne humeur , un petit mot gentille bref un vrai plaisir. Un séjour mémorable surtout avec trois petits en bas âges. Logement très calme propre confortable. Aire de jeux pour les petits qui ai un vrai plus. Je recommande vivement se lieux qui est très beau et vraiment bien entretenu. Encore merci Virginie !!

Logement parfaitement situé.

Le logement est idéalement situé. Il est à 5 minutes à pied de deux plages. À noter qu'il s'agit d'un appartement dans une grande maison bourgeoise divisée. Nous étions à l'appartement situé au niveau de la porte d'entrée. Il y a également un jardin agréable. Le gros plus c'est la possibilité d'aller dans le manoir situé à côté et dans lequel il y a un grand jardin avec des jeux, des tables de pique-nique, un barbecue une table de ping-pong... Il y a également la possibilité d'emprunter beaucoup de jeux de société et de jouer au baby-foot. L'hôte est très disponible et très gentille.

L'insonorisation du logement n'est pas toujours efficace (pleurs de bébé à 6h du matin et enfants qui courent au-dessus du salon). Les matelas sont un peu mous à notre goût.

L’emplacement a proximité des plages et des commerces. Possibilité de longer la plage pour aller a intra-muros ou d’y aller en bus. Les multiples vues panoramiques sur des points différents sont superbes.

L'accueil est super. Personne disponible. L'appartement est très joli et très bien situé : pas loin de la plage, restaurant Bien pensé, le prêt des jeux de société, raquettes de ping pong....

La porte de la villa fait trop de bruit quand elle se ferme (nous étions dans l'appartement 2 RDC) Le lit superposé grince beaucoup quand les personnes se tourment. Dommage que les draps/serviettes ne soient pas compris dans le prix

Le logement est assez grand, au calme, situé a 10 minutes de la mer et de tout commerces, l'accueil est agréable, parking assez grand pour garer les voitures,jardin verdoyant bien entretenu.

L'insonorisation n'est pas parfaite, mais les chambres sont au calme nous avons eu peu de bruit dans la nuit.

Un logement très agréable, propre, bien situé sur St Malo et bien équipé. Un parking privé et sécurisé. Proche de tous commerces et à 5 min a pied des plages. Nous avons bien apprécié et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
