Had the 6 person apartment for 2 people so it was very roomy. Great location and loved being able to look out on the garden as well as sit out there on the deckchairs provided. Was able to do our laundry for a small charge and there were places for it to dry sun or rain. Great beach and cafes within walking distance. We drove to a free carpark for Saint Malo itself but this was only a few minutes. Virginie was so friendly and helpful a real bonus. Plus we don't speak much French and she was able to help.
Didn't like the sensor light for the bathroom as it was too bright and in the night disturbed you if it went off. Would have been nicer to be less bright and lower down. Having to clean the apartment before leaving wasn't a problem but would have been nice to be made aware of this prior to booking. The same with the extra charge for towels and sheets.

L’accueil, la propreté et tout à proximité.
Le studio très petit et peu pratique quand le lit est sorti, il est quasiment impossible de circuler.

Proche de la plage . Calme , jolie jardin . Cuisine bien dotée
Appartement en demi-sol, sombre. Pas de chauffage ni de l’eau chaude. Dommage que nous n’avons pas été informés. Borne de recharge pour voiture électrique disponible mais pas possible de l’utiliser. Il faut apporter de draps et de serviettes.
