About this apartment rental

On the 3rd floor of a beautiful building with elevator in the Rochebonne district, close to everything and 2 steps from the beach and walks by the sea, all shops, bright studio renovated, all comfort, wifi, very beautiful sea view including a new very comfortable bed, 1 folding bed if necessary, kitchen equipped to cook with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, household appliances, internet wifi and Tv, balcony-loggia to sunbathe and eat sheltered from the wind and looks. Beach, all shops, laundromat, nautical activities and bus at 50m, spa at 10 minutes by feet by the seaside. No smoking and no animals. Free parking around the residence, room for bikes in the building.
A deposit of 150 euros is requested at the entrance to the premises which will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no problem.

We spent two weeks in the apartement; its perfectly located. The sea is just accross the street., watching the tide is spectacular. Its a wunderful walk (around 30 min) along the seaside to the old town of saint malo. The bus stops directly in front of the house, its possible to go to marvellous beaches along the coast by public bus. Parame is a very nice part of the city. Market takes place twice the week; bakery and a small supermarket are just around the corner. The apartement is cosy, clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner worked promptly and reliable. A recommended place to stay!

Having just spent a week staying at this property with my wife all I can say is Wow! What a perfect place to spend a holiday. We were met on arrival by Agnes and Serge who were so warm and welcoming and very helpful. The studio itself is beautifully decorated and contains everything you could need. It’s perfectly positioned with an incredible view of the sea. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beach plus very close to restaurants and shops. The surrounding area is easily accessible by bus. It certainly made for the perfect holiday.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, auch wenn wir irgendwie den Ofen aus dem Inserat vermisst haben. Ansonsten alles da, was man braucht. Auf dem Balkon mit schöner Aussicht ist man super gegen Wind und Regen geschützt, d.h. man kann es sich dort immer gut gegen lassen. Man ist schnell am Strand und kann in ca. 45 min an der Promenade entlang in die Altstadt laufen. Würde das Appartement jederzeit weiterempfehlen und auch gerne wiederkommen.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits dans ce joli studio décoré avec passion, très fonctionnel où rien ne manque ! Le propriétaire très ponctuel est arrangeant et très courtois, ce qui est appréciable ! Avec en plus, un petit cadeau qui nous était réservé à notre arrivée ! Un grand merci , nous recommandons ce lieu à 50 m des grandes plages qui aboutissent à la citadelle de St Malo pour bons marcheurs, l'Idéal ! Parking gratuit en face de la résidence et commerces à proximité !

Es ist eine nette kleine Wohnung mit viel Stauraum, allem was man braucht und einem wunderschönen Balkon mit Meer Blick. Das Bett war bezogen und es gab Handtücher. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Die Lage super. Sehr zu empfehlen, netter Vermieter, perfekter Ablauf von der Schlüssel Übergabe bis zur Abgabe. Jederzeit wieder!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce studio parfaitement agencé, équipé et entretenu. Quel plaisir d'ouvrir les yeux et de contempler la mer, ou de dîner sur la terrasse en admirant le coucher de soleil ! Au calme, parfaitement situé pour se rendre à la plage (200m) et à Saint-Malo intra-muros (en chemin, suivre les conseils de M. Ferreira en dégustant des crêpes à l'hôtel des Ambassadeurs et en profitant de la vue depuis le rooftop !), Cancale et ses délicieuses huîtres ou Dinan la magnifique sont également à portée de main (30min). Bref, nous y retournerons sans hésiter !
