Apartment in Saint-Malo center with (and this is becoming increasingly rare in Saint-Malo) of free parking in the street. 635 meters (mappy distance) from the station. 2 km from intramural and 1.5 km of beaches. Bakery, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cinema, theater and casino nearby. Football stadium and sports fields Marville (basketball, running, tennis, football) right behind.
Building peace in the center of Saint-Malo, everything can be done on foot from here you will not need your car during the holidays.

Overall the property was okay, although the toilet is in an enclosed balcony of sorts in the back with no heating so as it was Feb. it was a bit chilly. Also, the lights in the entryway didn't turn on when I clicked the switch; I tried several times and never got them to turn on. It was extremely dark climbing the stairs and felt unsafe. Even so, I'd recommend the flat as it was comfortable, convenient, and good value.

Bon séjour à St Malo dans ce petit studio propre et accueillant. Le propriétaire est disponible et à l'écoute. Un peu éloignée du centre, mais cela se fait facilement à pieds ou en bus.

Appartement propre et correctement équipé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Accueil très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour se faire un petit déjeuner, voire même un petit repas ! Lit fait à l’arrivée, linge de maison fourni. Arrivée et départ souples grâce à une boîte à clés codée. Propriétaire joignable facilement en cas de souci : il est prêt à se déplacer très rapidement si nécessaire ! Accès rapide au cœur de ville.
