In the resort 3 km from the centre of Dinard, 600 m from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach, on a main road. For shared use: property 850 m2 with lawn, parking. Shop 1.5 km, grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "La Bodinais" 210 m, railway station "SCNF Saint-Malo" 9 km, ferry "gare maritime du Naye" 8.2 km, sandy beach "Le Prieuré" 1.4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Prieuré beach at 1400m, possibility of swimming only at high tide. Coastal paths within walking distance 500 meters. Busy and noisy road.

Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Common entrance garden side with the apartment " Groix " FR2736.120.2 . Please note : access via a steep staircase (15 steps) . Housing is on the street side. WIFI not possible.
