propriété très bien placée, parc alentour très bien arboré proche du GR et de la plage du Prieuré. Un seul bémol à notre séjour, nous pensions avoir une vue sur l'estuaire de la Rance et St Malo, en fait nous avions une vue sur un autre immeuble de la résidence.

Wir haben dieses Studio aufgrund der räumlich getrennten Schlafmöglichkeit gewählt. Die Betten sind gut, die Küche auch. An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Das Bad hat allerdings noch den Charme der Zeit, in der der Gebäudekomplex gebaut wurde. Der Balkon ist sehr geräumig und hat Morgensonne. Den Blick auf die Bucht von Dinard bis nach Saint Malo kann man von dem gepflegten Parkgelände schön geniessen. Man kann das Zentrum von Dinard durchaus gut zu Fuß erreichen. Für Einkäufe empfiehlt sich jedoch ein Fahrzeug.

Appartement très fonctionnel rien ne manque et bon contact avec la propriétaire. Dans résidence fermée très très calme, place de parking, possibilité de faire du tennis le tout dans un écrin de verdure et de fleurs! Accès à la plage à pied, commerces à proximité. Dinard est une ville pleine de charme tout proche de Saint-Malo. La région est magnifique bref je recommande nous avons adoré!

La Ronceraie est une propriété très agréable qui a su protéger son environnement dans ce quartier magnifique de la vicomté avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l'embouchure de la Rance ,St Malo et St Servan.Avec en prime la côte d'émeraude de Cancale à Erquy 😍�

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Très bon accueil. Tout proche du centre ville de Dinard et Saint-Malo à quelques kilomètres. De nombreuses balades sont offertes. On y reviendra bien volontiers au printemps.
