About this apartment rental

Enjoy this bright flat just a stone's throw from the sea in a residential area (Lévy-Fontenelles) that we have fully equipped with quality materials (it is also our second home).
- 350m away, beach for swimming during the day and walks in the evening;
- 100m away, supermarket + bakery + chemist for shopping without a car;
- 250m towards the sea, medical centre in case of health problems;
- 300m in the opposite direction, park with children's play area.

The flat is on the 1st floor of a 3-storey house divided into 3 flats, surrounded by a courtyard (washing line, parking space in front of the building).
It sleeps 6, with mattresses, pillows, anti-allergenic and anti-dust mite blankets, and everything for babies (cot, high chair, bath seat).
Two bedrooms with sliding wardrobes (north-east with 1 queen-size bed 160x200, and south-east with 2 twin beds 80x190 that can be joined to form 1 bed 160x190).
Living room facing south-east and south-west with quality BZ sofa bed (Pirelli latex mattress 160x190), television (bouquet of Bouygues channels), mini-USB-CD-radio system.
The living room opens onto a 1m x 3m balcony (folding table for 2 people) and a well-equipped kitchen: electric oven + gas hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, thermos jug coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric juicer, immersion blender, food processor, sets of pots, pans and saucepans, etc. Ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner. Ironing board and iron, hoover.
Functional bathroom (heated towel rail, hairdryer). Separate WC.
350m walk from Le Minihic beach (with dry sand at high tide!) and 3 km from the inner-city town of St Malo (accessible by bus in 8 minutes: line 4 from Chateau Malo / Rotheneuf, "Fontenelles" stop 300m towards the sea);
Note: the total to be paid displayed on the Abritel website at the time of booking includes
- overnight stays
- fixed property costs (€84 per booking)
- water and energy consumption (€1.50 per person per day)
- St Malo tourist tax, calculated and collected by Abritel.
Only the options chosen after booking will be payable on site (contact the owner): end-of-stay cleaning (€50), sheet and pillowcase kit (€15 per bed).
