About this apartment rental
Bright and comfortable 70 m² apartment with a balcony/terrace on the top floor of a small, very quiet condominium in the Paramé neighborhood of Saint-Malo.
2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed.
A large living room with a 2-seater sofa bed.
Fully equipped open-concept kitchen.
Free and easy parking in front of the building.

- Bike storage on the first floor of the residence

The beds and the sofa bed are equipped with 240x220 duvets, 65x65 pillows, and mattress protectors.
The living room is enclosed by a door and separated from the other rooms by a hallway. The sofa can remain open as a bed without obstructing traffic.
Location:
- Located 2 km from Sillon Beach, 1 km from the center of Paramé and its shops, and 800 m from the Leclerc shopping center and Le Vauban movie theater.
You can get to the beach by bike (numerous bike paths, 10 min), on foot (25 min), or by bus (several routes serving the beaches, the train station, and Intra-Muros).
- Many activities and sightseeing ideas near the apartment:
the beaches of Saint-Malo, Intra-Muros (old town / ramparts), walks and hikes along the Chemin des Douaniers (GR34), the Saint-Malo Aquarium, and Thalasso. Dinard is 20 minutes away, Cancale and its oysters are 30 minutes away, Cap Fréhel is 50 minutes away, and Mont Saint-Michel is 45 minutes away. There’s a covered market in Paramé every Wednesday and Saturday.

- Guests are responsible for cleaning at the end of their stay (cleaning supplies provided)

A beautiful, spacious apartment. Host was very generous in giving us complimentary cider & sweets on our arrival. Our host was also very good at communicating with us before and during our visit with any queries we raised via email.
My two teenage boys (aged 14 & 16) did miss having Wifi. Our host did flag up the no WiFi to me as soon as I had made the booking so that we were fully aware of this.
We had an excellent experience in this accommodation and with this host.

We had a lovely stay in this spacious 2 bedroomed apt. Need for car to go anywhere as on periphery of Saint Malo.

L appartement est superbe tant par sa localisation que son intérieur.
Nous avons été parfaitement reçu avec petits cadeaux d accueil. Tout est très bien pensé et impeccable.merci beaucoup pour ce séjour.je recommande vivement cette location
