Modern, spacious and clean apartment, very well located for a visit to St Malo port and old town. Lovely and quiet too.

I was surprised that bedding and towels weren’t automatically included in the price, but understand this is quite often the case in France. Luckily we had our own.

The tenant charge you non-refundable tickets and after they ask you to pay for linen at €10 and towels at €5 and charges it as damages to property.

Could do with new mattresses... Place was just about clean.. It could be a fantastic apartment if new cutlery, nicer bed sheets etc but the place was clean so that's fine..

What I really liked more was the proximity of the parking. Had 2 spacious rooms and a big table to have a meal. Owner was helpful

We had the worst sleep possible. We were sinking in the beds. The sofa was the most comfortable bed. Appartment had the absolute basics snd has to ask about the heating

Appartement très agréable et très bien placé.

L'appartement est très confortable, avec 2 belles chambres (2 grands lits). La literie est bonne. La pièce à vivre est grande, avec accès à une belle terrasse. L'hôte se rend disponible.

RAS (sauf le chien de l'appartement du dessous qui aboie vraiment très tôt le matin !)

Absolut enttäuschend, Abzocke

Achtung, Abzocke! Das Apartement wird verhältnismässig günstig vermietet, allerdings wird man erst nach Buchungsbestätigung informiert, dass Bettwäsche und Badetücher (für 3 Personen €29) zusätzlich verrechnet werden. Dazu droht die Vermieterin mit zusätzlichen möglichen Reinigungskosten ab €20-50 je nach Aufenthaltsdauer. Das Apartment war schmutzig, der Boden im Küchenbereich war klebrig, der Tisch auf der Terasse war nach den letzten Gästen gar nicht gereinigt, die klebrigen Flecken auf der Plastiktischdecke sahen nach Konfitürenresten der letzten (oder vorletzten Gäste) aus. Auf der Terasse überall Staub, Spinngewebe, Schmutz etc., die Fensterscheiben im Wohnzimmer mit Schmiersputen und Handabdrücken übersäht. Der Reinigungsschwamm wurde schon länger nicht ersetzt. Der Kochherd sowie die Mikrowelle sind verschmiert. In der Toilette und im Badezimmer sind die Reinigungsutensilien sowie der Staubsauger, Bügelbrett usw. offen deponiert mit dem Aufkleber "Privat". Der Geruch in der Wohnung wurde mehr als unangenehm empfunden. Der Wohnung benötigt dringendst eine Grundreinigung. Erstaunlich, dass die Vermieterin die Zusatzkosten für die Bettwäsche und Tücher/Reinigung nicht über Booking.com, sondetn auf ihr Privatkonto gutgeschrieben haben verlangt.
