Located on the first floor, in a quiet street, next to a square with a large parking lot, in a quiet area of St Malo Intra-Muros. This apartment recently renovated, will offer you an ideal stay in family or between friends. This apartment of 53 m², has 2 bedrooms with storage space. One with a double bed in 180 cm that can be transformed into 2 single beds and the other with two beds of 80 that can be transformed into a large double bed. A beautiful living room, living room, open kitchen very well equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, induction cooker, and all the quality equipment to prepare your meals. Television, wifi... In the bathroom you will find a washing machine and dryer. Separate WC. A pull-out bed will allow you to accommodate 2 other people in the living room.

The bed is made on your arrival and towels are provided and included in the rental price as well as the cleaning at the end of your stay.

Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby in the public pay parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station about 9 min by car (2.5 km) - bus line 2
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, approx. 1h05 by car (76.3 km)
- From Place St-Vincent, you'll find bus departures to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as to Dinard, Cancale, Dinan and Mont Saint-Michel.
- Ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey are available from the ferry terminal, a 5-minute walk away.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :

- independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 450m from the station, a 30-minute walk from the accommodation or 5 minutes by car from the bus stop closest to the Keycafé “Sécurité Sociale”, lines 2 and 8.

- a physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys.

The beach of Bon Secours, porte St Pierre, with its seawater pool and its sailing club on the beach, at low tide you can go to the island of Grand bé where the tomb of Chateaubriand is located.
All shops are immediately accessible on foot from the apartment.

Food : Rue de l'Orme, also called the gourmet street, you will discover very good local products:
Butters and cheeses from Bordier's, Babas from Saint-Malo, fruits and vegetables in season at the 4 seasons, fresh fish at Guinemer's fish shop, as well as many restaurants, such as the Breizh café, the Cambusier, or down the street the Absinthe. Two supermarkets on rue St Vincent and rue de Dinan.

Restaurants and Cafés :
On the Place Chateaubriand you can eat very good seafood at the Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at the Lion d'Or, go for a Sunday lunch at the Maison Générale for the pleasure of the taste buds and the eyes (reservation recommended), and discover the nice restaurant le Cargo Culte in a friendly atmosphere, with a home cooking menu, pies, salads, soups, in a brocante decoration. The passenger cooks original and playful dishes on lava stone.
In the evening you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at the St Patrick's or a cozy atmosphere at the Universe. Beer lovers will be seduced by the Aviso with its 500 beers! For lovers of cocktails and rum in a nautical atmosphere, you can go to toast at the Trinquette on the port along the Vauban basin.

Visits : The museum of the city in one of the dungeons of the city, with a panoramic view of Saint Malo, the Cathedral, the tour of the ramparts, guided tours possible by contacting the tourist office located at the Porte St Vincent at the foot of the ramparts outside, or with the little train for a commented historical tour of the city.
