The Cocoonr agency in Dinard is offering this charming 79 m² flat for rent in Dinard and the Saint-Enogat neighbourhood, less than a kilometre from Saint-Enogat’s main beach, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Ti Toun combines modern comfort with tasteful décor. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide you with a warm, functional and pleasant place to stay. The property is equipped with fibre-optic broadband offering very fast internet speeds, making it ideal for remote working.
Situated on the ground floor of a charming villa in Dinard (in a quiet and secure housing complex), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the first landing:
- A bright living room with a smart TV, a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed, an armchair and a storage cupboard.
- Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200) and storage space. Carefully selected premium bedding.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and storage unit.
-A separate toilet
On the ground floor:
-A fully equipped kitchen. Whether you enjoy cooking or baking, you’ll find plenty of kitchen equipment on hand to help you prepare your finest meals! These include: a Senseo pod coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a 3-ring induction hob, an oven and a microwave, and a dishwasher.
- A dining table seating 6 guests, with direct access to the garden.
- A utility room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and cleaning equipment.
-Between the landing and the garden level, there are 7 steps to go down
If you’re travelling with a baby or young children, a high chair and a travel cot (without a mattress) are available in the house.
Outdoors:
- You have direct access to the shared garden, which is furnished with two small outdoor tables and four chairs. The garden is quiet and faces south-east.
The flat is ideally situated in Dinard, in the Saint-Enogat neighbourhood.
You’ll enjoy a very pleasant living environment.

A lively neighbourhood, with shopkeepers and artisans who champion local, high-quality produce.
When it comes to restaurants, you’ll be spoilt for choice: whether you prefer a traditional brasserie, seafood, vegetarian options or a crêperie… You’re sure to enjoy a delicious meal!
And you won’t need to take your car, as the village centre is just a 400-metre walk away.
You can reach the centre of Dinard in under 20 minutes on foot at a ‘moderate’ pace. If you’d like, you can even follow the GR 34 trail from the end of Saint-Enogat beach to reach L’Écluse beach.
If you choose to come by car, you can park your vehicle in a private above-ground parking space situated 15 metres from the accommodation. You can also park your vehicle on the street, where parking is free.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo, 14 km
- Nearest airport: Rennes, 90 km
