How close it was to st malo.

Property is very run down, needs revamping all the furniture is old. The pool sides were full of greens making it very slippery and dangerous!

Disappointing accommodation

The house we had was quite spacious (3 bed). The pool was close and the children enjoyed swimming.

The accommodation is very tired and dated. You have to make your own beds. The pillows were lumpy and not comfortable. Everything is an extra; towels, cleaning, WiFi. We paid extra for WiFi in the house and it never worked. The accommodation was very basic and there was only one toilet on the ground floor. The bedrooms had very little furniture. We felt like students!

The park was available just a few days in advance, plenty of shops for resupplying, St Malo harbour is within a short drive. Two swimming pools.

Quite expensive for what it is - we have had quite a few hotels with cleaning and half-board that were a fraction of the price. The staff are friendly and professional but very thinly spread. There is a lot that could be done in maintenance, the apartment and grounds were a bit tatty.

the indoor pool is quite good

Lots of negatives. English speaking ‘lady’ at desk is abrupt and has almost no customer manners. Cost is high relative to other options in the area. We stayed the previous night at a cheaper beautiful place 3 minutes away with everything included. Unfortunately the other nights were booked so we stayed at Nemea for the rest of our time at St Malo. Here we are charged for a very poor wifi, charged also for towels. €10 for a hand towel and a small bath towel that certainly costs less than that to buy. You have to make beds and strip them at the end otherwise you are charged. The reception is hardly open and closed all Wednesday. Nothing is provided. No soap. No dish cloths. No dishwasher soap for the dishwasher. No sponge or anything to wash up in the sink. This was the worst place I have stayed in a very long time and especially annoying as it is more expensive than much much better options in the vicinity. I would strongly advise against staying. I met two other guests during my stay that felt the same.

Most of services are fullfiled as mentioned with my scores the location is clean except some undelicated people who forgot to pick up their dog s rejections and not cleaned by the staff. They should have signalisations about this issue. Thd kitchen is well furnished with the dishwasher nicd zbd wuiet and the washing machine in the laundry very useful

Horrible stay

The apartment was small, was not properly cleaned and had very basic equioment. The made you clean the room (including glass and toilets) and take 300 euro caution. It is located far away from city center in an area with nothing around. The reception is only open 4 hours each day. I will not stay here again.

Roomy flat, nice pools, quiet and well-located

Very roomy flat, nicely equipped. The pools are nice and the inside one is a big plus with kids. The whole residence is very quiet. Unfortunately the flat was not very clean upon arrival, in particular the terrace furniture, the kitchen floor and the sinks, there were some webs in the corners too, some light bulbs were missing and got fixed quite fast by the staff. It felt like no one had prepared the flat after the lengthy lockdown period. Overall nothing unbearable and we really enjoyed the flat but a few misses to make our stay perfect.

Cleaning. Spider webs inside, sticky floor, dirt on outdoor furniture, stains in bathroom sinks. We have been told bedsheets would be in the flat while we had to pick them at the laundry. Restrained opening hours for check-in/out.

La piscine était sale, margelle verte autour de la piscine, fond de l'eau présentant beaucoup de saleté sans parler au pédiluve extrement sale. La chauffe de la piscine étant en panne, nous n'en avons été informé que lorsque nous avons indiqué à l'accueil que celle-ci était gelée.

De la peinture qui s'écaille, mauvais entretien des équipements electro ménager (panier bas du lave vaisselle rouillé), du laisser aller au niveau de l'entretien extérieur , résidence dans une zone industrielle où il y a rien (il faudrait dans la résidence un dépôt de pain et une petite supérette ce serait parfait car sinon voiture obligatoire)

Il manquait une armoire ou une penderie dans la chambre parental, les vêtements son resté dans la valise toute la semaine. Le salon de jardin d'un ancien temps n'était pas propre nous n'avons pas profité de la terrasse. Le parking dans le noir la nuit tombée.
