Passable but good location

The bed upstairs was comfortable.

Very dark parking area could barely find our way to the room. Only three beds made up even though there was four of us. Very dusty and rubbish tucked behind the sofa bed. Poor communication

Close to city centre

No hot water on second day. Apartment badly in need of maintenance, holes in walls, beds too small, shower rail broken, shower bay mouldy.

Parking was good and safe.

The place wasn’t very clean to begin with, which was disappointing. We also felt quite uncomfortable as the homeowner closely monitored us during our stay. She specifically asked us not to plug in our car, saying in French that it was “too expensive.” We tried to explain that it’s a plug-in hybrid, not a fully electric vehicle, but she stood there and waited until we unplugged it. We had paid over €100 for the night, while charging the car at a petrol station the day before only cost around €2.50 — it felt unreasonable to be denied such a minimal use of electricity.

No electric kettle for making tea No tools/utensils for using barbeque The main shower did not work properly the water ow was erratic and cut out and was very noisy.

Proximité et accessibilité

Les photos ne correspondent pas à l’appartement attribué. La salle de bain et les toilettes sont au fond de l’unique chambre et la porte s’ouvre et se ferme mal. Accès à l’appartement difficile (peu d’éclairage, chemin d’accès peu entretenu).

Cabine de douche défaillante. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir vu / été accueillis par les propriétaires (probablement lié à notre arrivée tardive)

🔴Chauffage (Septembre exceptionnellement tres froid) pas de chauffage. Après demande, pas de chauffage d’appoint pour dépanner. Donc très froid et humide. 🔴internet pas au top. 🔴linge de bain sentait pas le frais. 🔴porte fenêtre du salon mal isolée et chancelante (sécurité pour les affaires)

schöne Unterkunft, jedoch zu teuer

Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral (10-15 Min ins Zentrum), eigener Parkplatz, Grill und die Aussattung.

Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist unserer Meinung nach etwas übertrieben. Für die Hälfte des Preises wäre es eine gute Unterkunft und so eigentlich nur überteuert. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.
